Welcome to this charming condo in Hilton Head Island. Our complex is ocean front and the beach is just steps through the parking lot. This villa is at the front of the building and is third back from ocean front with an outstanding wide view of the ocean. This peaceful retreat features a brand new queen Serta mattress set purchased in November 2025 in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two bunk beds in the hall for smaller children. There is a 55” smart tv in the living room and a 32” smart tv in the bedroom. This villa has new flooring and was just painted throughout for 2026. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking meals. We are located on the south end of the island with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. You can park your car when you arrive and not worry about driving until it is time to go home! Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Hilton Head Island and our condo has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and in a great location, close to the pool, beach, and Coligny Plaza. We even got to see deer during our stay, which the kids really enjoyed! It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at this Condo!! Well stocked with kitchen essentials and the view from the balcony is stunning!! Just a quick walk to the beach about 3 minutes!! Deer live in the dune between the Condo and the beach!! We absolutely loved Hilton Head! So pretty and easy to get around and very walkable too!

You simply cannot beat the location! Right on the beach, safe, and clean. Super close to Coligny Cirlce and many fun things to do and good things to eat. Communication was excellent! Truly a great bargain! A recommendation that could make stays nicer is upgrading the shower head so there is better output and a getting a newer loveseat. Again, great bargain and would recommend for a beach getaway for 2.

Great small condo, this unit’s balcony is on the east side. So you face the sunrise but due to other buildings cannot see it from Balcony. But it has a wonderful view of the ocean, with a very short walk to beach to see sunrise.

This condo is very clean and comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. It’s equipped with everything you need.m, except enough coffee. We stayed two days and only had two pods for the coffee maker. There was sugar, but no creamer. All in all, we were very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a quick get away for us, we enjoyed our stay! Great communication and convenient to everything! The cookies were a nice little touch. The kids enjoyed watching the bunnies and deer in the dunes on the quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

I am originally from Columbia, South Carolina. I vacationed on Hilton Head with my family my entire childhood every chance we got. I loved Hilton Head so much I decided to make it my home three years ago. I live ten minutes from Seaside Villas and am on-site most days as I am a property inspector so I guarantee you this villa is sparkling clean!
