Welcome to your home away from home. Our quiet and relaxing apartment features a spacious fully stocked kitchen, living room with a large smart TV, a plush King size bed and a sparkling bathroom with a large walk-in shower. We provide washer/dryer for your convenience, making this the perfect place for your extended stay, or weekend getaway! Our apartment also features a fully fenced in back yard and assigned parking. It’s located, only minutes from parks, dinning, and 15m to downtown Prescott.

During our New Year's stay in Prescott Valley, we felt warmly welcomed at this VRBO!The "Cozy Contemporary Apartment" was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exactly as described in the listing.The living room featured a comfortable seating area with a beautiful, large flat-screen cable TV that provided a wide range of entertainment options.The dining area had convenient seating, and the fully equipped kitchen offered plenty of drawers, delicious snacks, an upgraded coffee maker, and full-sized appliances.The bedroom was spacious and well-lit, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The laundry area and bathroom were clean, equipped with an automatic lighting system, and well-stocked.Once we got familiar with the area, we found the apartment's quiet residential location to be convenient for exploring wherever we wanted to go.The host of this Cozy Contemporary VRBO paid attention to every detail and was very responsive to all our requests.Thanks to VRBO, our stay in Prescott Valley was comfortable, relaxing, and most enjoyable. If we find ourselves in the Prescott Valley area again, we will definitely return!

Love staying in this clean, quiet little abide! Anthony is very kind and very responsive. Check in is super easy and the location is perfect! I’ve stayed here before and will look forward to my next visit!

Apartment is exactly as described. Would definitely recommend. Good communication with host. Bed, although very tall, is quite comfortable but I needed a stool to climb in. I’m a shorty. LOL.

We had to come to town for a death in my family and staying here felt like home. From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The apartment smelt so good, was extremely clean and was such a comfortable and inviting place. The kitchen had everything we needed including a tea pot which was a huge plus for me lol. The bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom was perfect for the two of us and had plenty of storage. The shower was amazing and spacious. I loved being able to wash our clothes before we left and had plenty of room in the laundry room to hang our clothes. The area was quiet and was close to anything we needed. Anthony was amazing as far as communication. Highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was recently renovated and had all the amenities one could ask for! Bedding was plentiful and so comfortable. Beautiful shower and kitchen I even cooked a meal there! Communication was excellent as well. Could not ask for anything more!

Snow in Prescott Valley

Great time visiting with old friends. We did have snow one morning and our host cleaned the sidewalks early. Everything as listed and enjoyed our stay.

In town to visit family

Very nice, clean, well-equipped one bedroom apartment. Great place to stay while in town visiting family. Very quiet. Less expensive than hotel, plus added value of being able to do laundry. Would book again.

Perfect Location to experience Prescott and Prescott Valley

Location ideal to take in Northern Arizona. Grand Canyon southern entrance about 2 hours away. Sedona 45 minutes and Jerome 40 minutes. All grocery, gas stations and convinces within 5 miles. Will be staying here again on future trips. Apartment tastefully decorated and equipped for comfortable stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house was beautiful and clean! We will definitely stay again next time we are in Prescott Valley. The kitchen definitely needs to be stocked with all the kitchen amenities and cleaning supplies like a broom, paper towels, dishrags etc.

The upgrades to this quaint little apartment are outstanding! The comfort and location were just what we needed for a short stay. We would definitely rent again! Host was also very accommodating!
