Great spot for a golf vacation or just enjoy sunny skies and fabulous golf course views from this comfortable, charming 2 bedroom condo with screened porch overlooking the 18th fairway at Prescott Golf Club. Two TV's, DVD & CD player. Wifi, Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps. Attached garage. 5 minutes to Prescott Valley shopping & dining; 20 minutes to historic downtown Prescott; Vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, skylights, fully furnished, complete kitchen for your family's fun and relaxation. Repeat guests will notice new wood-look vinyl plank flooring adding to the charm and warmth of this home. King bed, 2 twins, queen pull-out sofa, sleeps 6 comfortably. Prescott Golf Club offers reasonable public greens fees; Redwoods Grill features inside and patio dining. Short walk from the condo to the clubhouse and practice area. 80 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 77 minutes to State Farm Stadium, 1 hour to Sedona, 50 minutes to Cottonwood, 2 hours to the Grand Canyon. This has been a family vacation home for 25 years, recently refurbished. 4-day minimum. Weekly and monthly discounts.
For parking please note the garage is 17' long and will accommodate a 15' SUV or a 4-dr compact pickup with mini-bed but not a 4-dr pickup with a regular bed (ex Dodge Ram).

The condo was equipped with thought and care for someone away from home! Nice decor and a very calm, relaxing vibe. Many small amenities were added to make my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely rate Mary as a first class host!!

Excellent location....quiet condo on the golf course. Close to restaurants, bars, and stores to meet your needs. This was cheaper than staying at a hotel and so much nicer!!

We reserved all of August 2025. Upon arrival, we were disappointed at the actual look of the condo..OLD. Built in 1987, it has not been updated and we encountered numerous issues: filthy carpeting with crumbs on floor in dining room, wallpaper from many years ago falling off walls, dripping kitchen sink, filthy kitchen dishrag, kitchen towels with holes, blood stained pillow case on bed, blood stained pillows, hand towel run over by car tire in linen closet, window that doesn’t work, torn screen on porch, stained cushions on chairs, sofa, dirty sofa, bathroom drains and bathtub not draining properly. Two tv’s didn’t work. We spent 4 days troubleshooting when finally tech guy came. Owner lives 140 miles away in Phoenix and has no management of the rental. After 10 days we moved back home. Not recommending. Rating is not accurate. I would give this condo a 2,0. Very deceiving pics as well. Has a million view of Golf course though. Owner wanted to have carpet cleaned while we were there and send plumber..NOT! We left

Comfortable Condo on the Links

As Oregon "refugees" we enjoyed the April days of dry weather (although we were greeted with snow on April 1). After that we enjoyed watching golfers attack the 18th fairway and often found it a great source of humor. The two bedroom, two bath set up was just right when we had friends join us for one of the weekends. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining/living room was the right size, nicely carpeted with a large screen TV. We were able to fit our SUV in the garage, but it there is a length limit of about 17 feet. There are guest parking spaces near by, but they do fill up and there is no on street or driveway parking. We never found it to be a problem. There is a very nice screened-in porch and a wide concrete patio where we could use the provided gas grill. It was a very nice one month stay in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Many thanks to the owners for sharing this beautiful place. The unit is located about 6 miles from Prescott Valley and the main area for shopping.

I have a small vehicle which was a plus because a normal SUV would not fit the garage. Would not recommend for anything more than 2 people due to the lack of parking on property.

The Agony & The Ectasy

This property has a comfortable layout and great location. The ad states “recently refurbished “ but the only evidence of “recent “ were the newer appliances. Upon entering the space we felt like we time traveled back to the 1980’s. The furniture is uncomfortable and outdated, especially the mattresses, that caused major back pain for both of us. While the manager stated the carpeting was cleaned in October 2024, it was very worn, buckling in areas and the seams were showing. We had allergic reactions during our stay and we assume the carpeting was the cause. The wallpaper was curling at the seams and wallpaper paste was smeared on the seams. Parking was an issue for our Dodge Ram truck. It didn’t fit in the attached garage and the driveway apron was inadequate unless we parallel parked on it. Apparently this is not allowed by the association but many residents park on their driveway aprons. The extra parking is frequently taken by residents’ commercial vehicles. One van hadn’t moved in the 2 months of our stay. We determined this property is fine for relatives, friends and short stays but it is not a rental property.

Holiday stay

Although we just used the residence as motel, spending all our time offside with family, we may consider renting again and spending time there.Clean house, quiet neighborhood, easy access, good beds and clear communications and labeling.

Felt like home

Our stay here was near perfect. The only regret we have is that our stay was to short as it had already been rented and we took the short period of time that was available. From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home.. Quiet and Spacious!

This golf course condo was a wonderful place for a getaway. The condo itself is spacious, and well equipped in all rooms and the kitchen. But the patio on the golf course was a delight on the warm afternoons. We enjoyed the area, exploring Dewey, Prescott, Sedona and Cottonwood. We’d stay here again if we return!

Excellent 2 bed 2 bath rental with a golf course view

Super clean, well stocked attached home with a back yard facing the golf course. Very quiet location in a nice neighborhood. The home includes an attached garage which is a plus. We had a lovely four night stay and definitely will be back.

Perfect for our family.

Very peaceful and quiet. Every evening we had a different gorgeous sunset while sitting at the edge of the golf course. Something so special to me was the Owner. She is a delight to work with. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Charming Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dewey at this spacious condo. The golf course views are a real plus from the patio. The linens are clean and fresh. The king bed is very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. It is a very quiet location in walking distance to the restaurant clubhouse. We enjoyed using the walking path by the golf course. Mary the owner responded immediately to any questions we had during our stay. We look forward to another visit in the future.
