The Monterrey residence features spectacular Marco Island Gulf views towards the mangrove preserve of the Ten Thousand Islands. The Cape Marco community is nestled alongside warm Gulf waters. The Cape Marco residential community could easily be mistaken for a luxurious private five-star resort. Between its staffed privacy gate and its 1,200-foot silken sand beach, amenities abound ranging from a clubhouse and Har-Tru tennis courts to a picturesque Boardwalk along Caxambas Pass, where the fishing is as exhilarating as the scenery. Just a few minute boat ride offshore lie the Ten Thousand Islands, a world-renowned sportfishing sanctuary and a unique habitat for thousands of nature's rarest creatures, from Roseale Spoonbills and Great Blue Herons to playful Dolphins.
The property is rented for 60 days minimum. during that time it will be your home.

What a fantastic place !! Al was a great host, excellent communication and super accommodating. The views from the balcony were spectacular, Dolphins, boats, beach and shell seekers. Easy walk to dining and beach.

Cape Marco Stay

We’ve enjoyed our stay tremendously- the condo is well maintained, the owner has been very welcoming and accommodating and the Monterrey amenities added to our experience.

Five Star Experience

From start to finish our experience staying in this Cape Marco condo was perfect. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome when we arrived and was very responsive to any questions or requests. The condominium has high quality furnishings and is a pleasure to spend time in. We were very happy with our choice and would recommend this to others.

My wife is an obstetrician/gynecologist still practicing in Miami, Florida in the only all-female physician practice in South Florida.

What attracted me to Marco Island is its natural beauty, the evening sunsets, and the close proximity to Miami. When looking to purchase a vacation home we viewed many properties - but the view of Caxambas Pass off the open balcony was breathtaking. What sealed the deal was seeing swimming and leaping dolphins while looking out.

Beautiful views of the water, walks on the white sandy beach, and sunshine is all anyone really needs to decompress.
