Belle grande unité d'extrémité. Notre unité offre des vues de confort et phénoenal. Regardez nos photos et vidéos!

La véranda filtrée est une nécessité en soi pour s'asseoir et profiter des dauphins espiègles,
Surf doux et chaque soir un coucher de soleil si spectaculaire et incroyable qu'une caméra est un must. La vue de la plage Crescent s'étend du sud au nord avec du sable blanc sur plus de 3 miles. Les eaux bleues du golfe du Mexique sont chaudes et invitantes. Piloter, marcher, châteaux de sable ou tout simplement profiter du soleil de Marco sont un régal incroyable. Courts de tennis, bain à remous, piscine chauffée et deux ascenseurs à votre service.

Notre unité comprend 2 salles de bain complètes, une chambre principale avec un lit king size tout neuf, un grand dressing, la chambre d'amis avec deux lits jumeaux et le nouveau canapé du salon s'ouvre sur un lit queen.

Leur est une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo, notre cuisine est entièrement équipée, nous avons aussi des serviettes de plage, deux chaises de plage et un parasol.

Very nice location

Good location near the south public beach entrance. Patty was very responsive. Close to restaurants. Patty had all you needed for the beach available!

Beautiful Views, Location & Great Host

Corner condo with beautiful sunset views. All the amenities you need for a great stay. Condo was warm and inviting. Very clean & great location. Communications with the Host was outstanding. We look forward to staying here again. 5 Star Rating from us!

Paradise on Marco Island!

Great location right on the beach, fantastic sunsets from our screened-in balcony, and good communication with the owner made for a wonderful week of rest and relaxation. Nice upgrades to the condo, with a well-equipped kitchen. We loved our stay, and are planning to return next year!

Marco Perfecto!

This is the best spot on Marco! Love this building's layout, from this 3rd floor unit to the shore takes ten minutes (no big lobby to walk through) so Nice! The screened in Lanai is outstanding! We can't wait to return!

Great getaway

Had a great time on this much needed vacation. Communication with property manager was fast and easy. Unit was larger then expected. Screened in balcony was great to have, no bugs! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful. Pictures were accurate. The owner was very good at communicating with us. Recommendations for restaurants etc were helpful. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the back patio was spectacular and it was screened in so we didn't have bugs in the condo. The condo was a little dated, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. We had all we needed for sitting on the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, towels, cooler and more). The condo complex is very secure as you have to have a key to get in and out. Patty has been wonderful and responds quickly to any text or emails. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Summer Break Iowa-FL

My family of 6 and I spent last week at the SeaWinds condo. Great communication. Keys mailed a couple weeks before travel, with included envelope for return. Easy, peasy. Condo was well equipped with beach chairs/umbrella (although it was windy so we didn't use much!), towels, toys, and a cooler(s), etc! Super soft, comfy master king bed. Two twin beds for kids with attached bathroom- they enjoyed! We had a third trundle bed brought in and it fit right in between. After long days at the beach and pool, the kids enjoyed "their room" and watching a movie on TV with popcorn in bed! Fully equipped kitchen. Dining/living room had an amazing view. Patio- screened in, which we enjoyed for any potential bugs (although in May we didn't see a ton anyway!). We LOVED waking up and looking out onto the beach daily. Easy walk to elevator and down to pool and out to beach. Key to get into/out of the condo area... preventing random people in/out, which is great! Met so many great people that come to this building every year! Tons of seashell hunting, warm ocean waters, safe spot to land every night= great vaca!

Outdated, Overpriced, Poorly Managed

Unit needs a complete remodel. Smells of mold, outdated appliances and furniture. Filthy hvac vents. Hot water does not get ot. No bathroom vent and the dryer vents inside the unit. Hand written notes taped to everything threatening additional charges for any number of things. Dirty towels left in room from prior guest. Paid $50 for parking and there were never any spots. Huge families from Miami essentially took over the entire complex for our entire week. They are semi local so they bought parking passes for their families that came in to use the beach on the weekend and for the Holiday. Supposedly only two per unit were sold but there was no parking and it was frustrating. Rules prohibited music at the pool but nothing was done to stop it even when reported, our unit overlooked the pool and we endured 5 days of thumping bass and loud spanish music. It would only stop at night once the pool closed and the large groups would move to their condos and prop their doors open and continue to party between units. The same giant families took over the beach, they would go out at 6 am and pop up ez-ups and tents all along the beach in a giant row so that the other guests would be forced to move down in front of other properties. Most of the time they would set up and then leave until mid day. And yes more loud salsa music all day at the beach. Always preferred Sanibel, too bad Ian devastated it. Won't be returning to Marco, if we did we would stay at Apollo again not this place.

First Marco Island trip

Marco Island is absolutely amazing. This rental was perfect for our family of 5. Easy access and amazing view from the 3rd floor overlooking the South Beach. Place was incredible for being an "older" property than others. When the kids tired of the sand, the pool did the trick! Sunset grille was located right next door for a great meal/cocktail. We had the easiest time with communication, booking, entry, and exit. We would definitely rent this condo again! Thank you!

Snow White sand and turquoise ocean

Marco is my favorite beach due to the soft white sand and clear water. This condo is an end unit and offers an incredible view from the living area and lanai. Just steps away from both pool and beach. Although we did not cook, the kitchen seemed well supplied with utensils and appliances for meal preparation. The washing machine was quite noisy, but worked adequately. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are available for your use. The owner is prompt to reply to any questions you may have. She is very personable and easy to work with. Overall, this is a wonderful property located in a quiet area away from the main congested areas. We recommend it to anyone fortunate enough to visit Marco!
