Turquoise Turtle is a recently updated town home in Santa Rosa Dunes. End unit with lots of windows and natural light.

Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, beach tote, beach toys and more included for guests to use!

Our unit features two stories. When you walk in the door, you will find a beautifully decorated living room, kitchen with all updated stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. The living room leads to the balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the sound and the Santa Rosa Dunes pier. The pier is a perfect spot to fish from, and to also catch an amazing sunset. We love to watch the Blue Herons, Pelicans, and other birds playing in the sound. The large common grounds area viewable from the balcony is a perfect place for the kids to run around and play. Also on this floor, you will find a pantry, washer/dryer, and a half bath which is very convenient for anyone to use during the day, without having to go through bedrooms.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a magnificent view of the sound, which is viewable from the comforts of the King sized bed. The master bathroom is newly updated and features a gorgeous tiled shower. The Second bedroom features a Queen sized bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed. This bedroom also has its own updated bathroom featuring a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have sky lights which bring ample lighting into the bathroom without having to even turn on the lights. All beds have new mattresses and pillows and high quality sheets.

Turquoise Turtle is on the second and third level of the town home with no one above you. With only nine town homes in unit 8, you feel less crowded and have easy parking with 2 parking spaces allotted.

Santa Rosa Dunes features the largest pool in Pensacola beach! We also have a tennis court and shuffleboard courts.

The sugary white sand beach is a short 5 minute walk from your door. Please be our guest and utilize our beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, beach towels and beach toys at your convenience. We strive to make your trip as convenient as possible. On the beach, you can soak up the sun, play in the turquoise waters, watch for dolphins, skim board, boogie board, and collect sea shells.

Don’t dismiss the sound side of the island. Bring or rent a kayak or paddle board and enjoy our beautiful water on this side as well. Let us know if you are interested in renting a kayak or paddle board and we will send you the info. Small beach area located near the pier which is fun for kids to search for hermit crabs.

TVs with Roku devices located in bedrooms & living room. Living Room also has a DVD player.
We offer upgraded, high-speed, secure WIFI. Why work from home when you can work from the beach?!!
