2025 has brought a complete facelift to this beach oasis! Brand new custom bathrooms with floor to ceiling tile, custom vanities with quartz countertops, and brand new walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Exterior also shines with new exterior decks/railings, and a full fresh coat of paint which makes the Sandilly shine brighter than ever before!

Come stay in this spacious, beach themed 3 bedroom/2 bath home on Via De Luna Drive, just two blocks from the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. It has a brand new private pool as well! This home sleeps 11 easily, with a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, twin over twin bunk beds and twin over full bunk beds in the next guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house. Prepare and enjoy a delicious barbecue meal on the propane grill on your back deck. Or cook your favorite seafood meal in the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and professional gas stove and oven. Take time for family and spread out your meals on the large kitchen table to talk about beach tales from the day. Relaxing Vacay

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home with pool and not far from beach. We enjoyed deep sea fishing, pool and eating delicious food.

Great location with a pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location 2 blocks from beach access, easy access with a short walk. Having a private pool was great for the kids to allow daily swimming without having to deal with the sand of the beach. Kitchen is a little small, but we did not have any issues, only 1 person can be in there while cooking though. Home is pet friendly and it was great to bring our dog along for vacation.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is far enough away from the busy “downtown” to enjoy some quiet beach time or relaxing at the pool but close enough to hop on a golf cart and be at dinner in minutes. Loved the pool! And the beach was right around the corner. The ladies at the check in desk were very accommodating, offering tips for the area and a place to grab a quick lunch before checking in. Highly recommend!

Beach access is convenient and beach area is not packed, which is a huge plus! The Local shop is so convenient for sandwiches, etc. if one doesn’t want to go into town for supplies. Restaurants and the Boardwalk is a short drive. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

Family Christmas

Parents and college-age cousins came down for a quick beach trip over Christmas with dogs. The house was a big hit with everyone! We ate, walked, played games, read and did puzzles. The weather was colder in Pensacola than at home, but it was still beautiful!

Great pool, convenient, short walk to beach

The house was conveniently located to beach and trolly stop. Has a great pool, overall the home was clean. A couple of hiccups, oven didn’t work correctly. When we arrived the air conditioning was turned off…took awhile to cool down. My number one complaint, would be the home needs some TLC….landscaping, and overall maintenance. But we enjoyed our stay, would choose this home again.

Good location but

Close to the beach. Nice pool. Property had a very strong musty smell. It was overwhelming when we got there. We bought plugins to fight the odor. Property needs a little freshening up. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SanDilly in June. The home was plenty spacious for two families (9 total). Very clean inside and well kept. Amenities were fantastic, kids loved the salt water pool. The rental company was incredibly nice and professional. The only recommendation we have is very minimal but in our humble opinion would really make this property standout... we felt like the areas around the pool and the volleyball court could have used some landscaping attention to get rid of some of the weeds. Overall, very happy with our stay! Thank you so much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of 7, aged 3 to 78, had a wonderful stay at this home. Nice pool, 2 covered patios, and volleyball area -- all great--only two blocks from the beach. Television in each room was wonderful. The galley kitchen accommodates 1 cook at a time, but we made it work. A/C in this home worked well and kept the home very comfortable. Staff communicated with us pre-arrival and after hours staff was very welcoming at check in. Although located on a busy street, traffic noise was minimal, especially after dark. Overall, we had a great vacation in this home and avoided some of the VRBO extra charges by going thru PBH. We would rent this one again.

Beautiful house!

we loved staying at this beach house. it exceeded our expectations and more. it was clean and luxurious and beautiful with lots of windows and awesome amenities like the pool and volleyball court. the kitchen was fabulous. the bedrooms were peaceful and comfortable. the location though is what cemented it for us. right on the beach and walkable to the restaurants and shops. we enjoyed taking our fur babies to the dog beach less than a mile away! everyone was just unbelievably wonderful. the house was just beautiful beyond words we all had a fantastic and relaxing time. everything was labeled for our convenience inside such as lights etc. there were string lights over pool palm trees all around. the views were spectacular too. it was the ultimate tropical paradise for us. it was well priced too. we will definitely come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. House was just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants/stores. Very clean. Our 2 dogs loved the big backyard and so did we. Pool was still a bit cold during our stay but that didn't stop us. Only had some very minor complaints; The entrance door could use privacy blinds and the kitchen window could also use some blinds. When the evening sun faced that side of the house it made the kitchen very warm and uncomfortable to cook in. Lastly, the toilet seat cover upstairs could be updated. You can tell the plastic is old and turning yellow. Again, minor things. Overall, the place was a great house for a family vacation and I would recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in was very easy. The location was great and it was quiet. The beds were comfortable! The home was big enough for our party of 9 that included 2 parents, 1 adult “kid” and 6 teens (16-19). The pool was amazing! The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. The beach is lovely and was not crowded. We were thrilled that there is a garage so we could take the top off our Jeep and park it in the garage if it rained (it did). We visited the Boardwalk to shop and get coffee via car, walking and trolley and all were easy and fun. The grocery store wasn’t too far and we had everything we needed to prepare food. We even ran out of propane for the grill at dinner time and someone from the property management brought a new one within 20 minutes (thank you!!). The sand volleyball court was fun and there are games in the house and we watched a couple movies too. We had a great time and would totally stay there again!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in beach houses along the Alabama and Florida coast for the last 30 years. I needed pet friendly this year so my options were limited. This place was definitely an older beach house, but they did try to update it somewhat. The yard is fenced in , but the dogs were able to get under the huge gap under the gate and the gate would not stay latched so the wind would blow it open. The kitchen was extremely small (galley kitchen) with room for only one person at a time. Washer and dryer were in the closet of the master bedroom (no separate laundry room). Also very small living space. Best part of this rental was the pool. Description did say small beach view and it was barely visible. I definitely expected more for the cost. It cost $750 for just the 3 pups and we couldn’t let them out in the yard unsupervised. Beds were very uncomfortable and towels were limited. Overall, I was disappointed and not impressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Easy walk to the beautiful beaches and short bike ride to downtown. We brought our bikes and the kids rode to downtown often. House is in very good condition. One concern is the stove needs replaced. I thought the oven door was going to fall off during our stay. And the oven is not level. I made brownies and the batter shifted to one side. We really enjoyed the volleyball court. It would be helpful if there was a rake to move the sand. The sand has blown to one side by the fence so one side is higher than the other. We did find four nails/screws at the edge of the court, likely from the fence construction. Recommend the management company use a construction magnet to remove any others. Pool is beautiful! Overall a great place and would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the SanDilly! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 people and 2 dogs. My kids loved the pool. I loved that the yard and decks are fully enclosed. The house was very clean. The galley kitchen has everything one could need to cook a meal, but only space for one "chef" at a time. It wasn't a problem for us. The home is a short walk from the beach, and there is a trolley stop just steps from the driveway. We appreciated the circular drive, as Via de Luna can be busy at times. Beds are comfortable, and the upstairs bathroom is great. The master bathroom is adequate, but we didn't like the shower. Having a gas grill on upper and lower levels is very convenient. We would certainly stay at this property again! Paradise Beach Homes is the best!
