Ce lac condo paisible sur 30 A et est entièrement meublé pour votre plaisir. Chambre a un lit king size. et retrait canapé-lit dans le salon dispose d'une salle de bains. Vanity évier avec un grand miroir dans le couloir pour plus de commodité tout en se préparant. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a un service de blanchisserie au 4ème étage. Le balcon est hors de la salle à manger qui offre une vue magnifique au bord du lac. Il y a la pêche à votre porte. Des vélos sont disponibles à la location. Carillon Beach Inn a (4) belles piscines de profiter, on est en bord de mer et l'un est chauffé. Il y a des événements communautaires spéciaux organisés tout au long de l'année où les voisins se rassemblent sur le Green Village. Aventurez-vous à Rosemary Beach à seulement 3 miles. Il ya aussi des épiceries à distance de marche. Pour plus d'aventure de shopping il ya Pier Park 7 miles de là. Pier Park offre des films, manger, Margaritaville et bien plus encore .. Great location. Easy to check in. Good accommodations. Clean accommodations. Great communication. Use of a beach wagon was a nice bonus for our beach gear. I would book again.

I loved this condo and resort it was so beautiful, we loved the little village and the variety of pools! The owners were very easy to communicate with if needed will definitely be coming back !!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed for a great week was there. A cozy little place with a beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend this condo. We will be back

Wonderful!

This is our second year staying in this condo. It’s a great pet-friendly condo and location. Great areas to walk your dog. The pools and beach are never crowded. We absolutely love staying here!

Spring Break at Carillon Beach

Great accommodations for 2 people. We had a great view from our balcony overlooking the lake. We rode bikes and had a 5 minute walk to the beach. A great place for a relaxing vacation.

Nice and relaxing

The condo during our visit in May was quiet and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, and you have all the comforts of home. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and look at the lake. We loved the pool and everything is kept up very nice. Overall, a great stay!

Fall break 2019

Condo is very well equipped with “extras” that any beach goer would appreciate. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay! Plan on returning!

Great Stay

This is our third time at this property but first time with this condo. We had a small issue with dog hair on bed sheets but owner was quick to respond and apologized. She gave us code to housekeeping closet for clean sheets and new mattress protector. They had beach chairs and wagon for tenants to use. We brought our own but it was a nice touch. This one of our favorite places to vacation because of the gated property and private beach access. We have coffee every morning at the beach and go back in the afternoon with the kids for boogie boarding. Great stay overall!

Great vacation

We stayed here before and it was just as nice the second time as the first. The housekeeper did not clean the sand off the deck though! FYI the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom area needed to be changed in the middle of the night! We did disconnect it that night and put a new battery on it the next day! Scared puppies to death! Otherwise all was well! Hope to visit again! We had a wonderful time!

Mediocre stay

Property was in sore need of maintenance. The grounds needed cleaning the buildings need painting and the Pool needed cleaning inside pool area and bathrooms, the pool wasn’t heated and didn’t look like picture posted. The condo was no larger than a motel room and needed some updating but was clean..The construction noise was loud all day and at nite the bar nearby was pounding out music…….

Wonderful stay in Carillon!!!

Beautiful condo with lots of extras! The Nyes have thought of everything! The kitchen, though small, was well-appointed and we cooked many meals during our stay. We appreciated the comfy air mattress and the divider curtain installed in the bedroom, which created a private 'hallway' entrance to the bathroom. Most of all, we loved having the wagon, chairs and umbrella available for our beach visits. The walk is a few minutes away, so the wagon was especially handy in hauling all of our gear. Very handy for hauling groceries as well! Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this unit!

Cute beachfront community

My husband, myself and our daughter stayed here for a week. We loved the location of this property. Close to Panama City Beach, yet far away from the congestion and traffic. The unit was small, but it worked perfect for the 3 of us. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom with a King bed and our daughter stayed in the living room on the pull-out sofa sleeper. The pull-out was comfortable, but we brought a 2" memory foam topper with us for extra comfort on the sofa-sleeper. The kitchen was small, but big enough for us to cook all of our meals. The dishwasher was nice. There isn't a full-size oven, but rather a large toaster oven on the counter under the built-in microwave. The stove had 2 burners, which was sufficient. There are 4 pools at this resort and we visited all 4 of them. The resort pool is very large with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed walking through the resort in the evening looking at all of the cute beach houses. For all future visits to this area, we will certainly be staying at the Carillon Beach Resort. We also liked this unit as it is pet-friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Carillon. The condo was clean, decor was beautiful, and it was conveniently located. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a weeks vacation. Extremely safe place for kids too !

Not as clean as we’d hoped for

This is our second time staying at this condo; our first time was two years ago. Carillon Beach community and the pools are amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach, maybe 10-15 minutes and there are several walkouts available. Unfortunately, the condo was quite dirty upon our arrival. It could use a really good, thorough cleaning. There was dirt, sand, and piles of human hair in the bathroom and many of the baseboards and walls had stains and just appeared to not have been cleaned well in months. Same as the areas under and around the bed. It’s a nice location and decently priced, but would have been much more enjoyable if it was clean. It is conveniently located near the large pool!

We bought this property because it offered a different type of vacation experience. We have been to Panama City Beach during busy seasons and really enjoyed the safer, quieter opportunities it offered us. The ability to walk or ride bikes in a safer atmosphere was what did it for us. When we want to head to a little more entertainment and shopping, its just a 7 mile ride to Pier Park. So this way we get the best of both worlds.
