Stay in private unit in Historic Downtown Pleasant Hill! Suite is located right on the Rock Island/Katy Trail! Beautiful 1920's home renovated into 3 private suites. This suite features a private bedroom with king memory foam bed, a loft with 2 twin beds, bath and kitchenette. Relax in the comfy living room watching TV or reading. In suite laundry provided for your convenience. Kitchenette provides fridge, microwave, coffee maker(and supplies), toaster, dishes and basic cooking utensils.

Great Spot!

Excellent place for our little family. Everyone had their own space, and it was a cozy place to spend our time in Pleasant Hill. We always got an instant response if we had a question, and the space was sparkling clean. Absolutely will stay here again!

Very nice, clean place. It's near the railroad which my daughter found too noisy, but I like hearing the trains and was not bothered. Quiet town good for getting away.

Perfect Distance to Downtown Pleasant Hill Events/Trail

Great place to stay as we were in town for our son's wedding at the Memorial Building - Loved being able to walk just a block in the beautiful fall weather. We appreciated that the unit was very clean and private from the other unit in the same building. Nice big yard and parking space.

We came to town for a wedding. So glad we went VRBO route vs. hotel. Lauren's Loft is one of 3 separate lodging options all under the same roof. All the photos are as advertised. We found the small town safe and cozy. I would recommend this unit to others.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights in Lauren’s Loft. It was a pleasant experience. All the amenities that you could ask for were supplied. Everything seems new, clean & updated. We would definitely stay here again!!

Highly recommend staying here!

This property was perfect for my family of four to spend the weekend. The beds are so great! We never sleep well away from home and we all slept great here. My kids loved the loft. It gave them a fun space to play. We didn't have any issues hearing other neighbors like I had seen other reviews say. I love that it's close to downtown and places to eat. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we hope to again!

Lauren’s loft

We have stayed in Rebecca’s retreat a couple times and loved it. We definitely will be back but will not stay in Lauren’s loft unless others not available.. as always a beautiful place very clean . We just didn’t realize there were no railing on the stairs to the loft so we had difficulty using th so we adapted and got an air mattress. We should’ve ask.. all in all I would recommend all three places and the owners are very nice people.

Cute little place

The loft was very clean and nice. No one turned the AC on in the bedroom upstairs and the little ac struggled to cool the room down. Took all night. That was really the only issue. Easy to get to the Kansas city zoo. The creamery is amazing in town and so is the Mexican place. We highly recommend both.

excellent quiet spot for a family away from the hustle and bustle

We were very impressed with the little house. It was cozy and in a very quiet spot in town. The main bed was very comfy and little loft upstairs had two decent beds as well, great for kids. We were able to walk to breakfast which was so nice. It has a washer/dryer and a kitchen with enough amenities to cook or make lunch. If you are trying to have someone sleep in the living room on the couch, it was a struggle for us because there was a neighbor snoring and it sounded like they were in bed with you. But you could NOT hear that in any other room of the house. We absolutely would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Not the greatest stay.

Issues arouse with TV and air conditioning. I thought there should be some explanation of these two issues in writing. They did get these things resolved by having someone come over and fix. There was no creamer for coffee as posted in listing. It was fine but not a place I would reall recommend.

I'm sorry that our property didn't meet your expectations - we take our guest feedback very serious. We haven't had issues reported by guests regarding the TV and Air conditioning before. I believe we were very responsive to your requests for assistance. Once notified of needing instructions to get Netflix working at 8:30pm, we had someone onsite the following morning to assist. Once notified of AC issue, we had someone onsite within 30 minutes to assist in using the remote. Both the AC and TV were working, it was a matter of knowing how to use the remotes and technology. I will add instructions to our onsite manual to prevent these situations in the future. Thank you for staying with us.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderfully relaxing time. We had hoped to hike but the weather didn’t cooperate. We did have fun exploring the shops and trying restaurants. Our weekend was GREAT.
