Oceanview Getaway Same Song Twice! Condo 102 Chillin' by the fire this winter!

If you are all about the beach and pools Same Song Twice is for you!
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is situated by the sand dunes and overlooks the beautiful Atlantic ocean.
Enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages on the spacious private balcony with an ocean view!
The condo has a full kitchen, and dining area. Sleeping arrangements are a king, queen, and twin.
There are two pristine pools on site (seasonal). Also a grilling area, and a playground for the kids.

This condo is located on the first floor. There are steps, but we do have a luggage lift!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was clean, well organized and roomy (only 2 of us). A couple of points though: we weren't able to enjoy the jetted tub because the hot water ran out before the tub was even half full, with no hot water having been used for several hours. Also, in cold weather, the floor stays very cold. Bring some very warm socks or plan to wear shoes in the unit the entire time. Over all, a great stay though.

The place was beautiful, clean, right on the ocean as described! Mike and Lisa checked in and let us know we could contact them with any issues. We would love to go again!

We had a great stay in this condo. Its close to the beach and convenient to all our favorite OBX spots. The owners were super responsive and even offered us an early check. We will definitely boom woth them again.

Our family of four really enjoyed our week long stay at this condo. Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Condo was comfortable for the 4 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice outdoor balcony with plenty of chairs and an awesome view of the ocean. If we come back to Nags Head, would want to stay here again!! We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was quick to message back when we reached out to him. Highly recommend this place!

Older condo but very accessible to the beach. The owners were very forthcoming and set proper expectations. We arrived and had no problems. Would recommend to anyone needing a break. Very close to many restaurants as well as the many sites. Hoping to return in the future!

Nag's Head is nagging me to come back!

This property is located right on a fabulous stretch of beach. I have no idea how it is in the hot months, but in the winter, it was like a little slice of Paradise to watch the moods of the ocean, delight in the glory of clean sand and walk for a good stretch at a time, without having to see anyone in a bikini or Speedo. I could also sit on the balcony and stare out to sea, which I did, every chance I got. The owners, Mike and Lisa, are attentive and thoughtful, and responded to any texts almost immediately. They feel like they could quickly become your friends. Every dining experience we had was outstanding, and you can trust me on 2 things for sure: the food at nearby "Single Fin" and the coffee at "Ashley's Espresso Parlour." Seriously, trust me.I'd go back tomorrow, if my kids would let me.

We love Pier View

This was our third stay at Pier View Condos. It was our first time in Mike and Lisa's unit #102. The condo was clean, well supplied, and had a lovely view. Mike and Lisa were great, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. We will be back.

Great Spot

We enjoyed being so close to the beach with kids and all of their stuff and when they got bored with the beach (which I don’t understand) there are 2 pools for enjoyment. The condo is comfortable and we enjoyed most of our meals there. Mike & Lisa are great always available if you have any questions,

Beautiful view of the beach

Ideal setting for the beach. Away from the busy downtown core, but close to it. Lisa and Mike were there is answer all our questions and provide recommendations for eating, shopping and activities. We really look forward to visiting again
