Summary:
Enjoy this dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Shore Havin' Fun! is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!
This is a second floor (technically third, as there is pull-under parking), updated, oceanfront condo with two bedrooms, and two baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided by an independent vendor. Beds will be made when you arrive!
Take in the breathtaking ocean views, enjoy magnificent sunrises, and soak in all the sights and sounds of ocean living while sipping your morning coffee on your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. An in-suite washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen SMART TVs, and beautiful deck furniture round out the features that will make this condo a stylish, inviting and comfortable home away from home.
Other property features include: cable, WiFi, direct beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season) and children's playground area. Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building. Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Shore Havin' Fun! is centrally located to many great local attractions including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more are also close by.
There is a two-dog maximum, we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Condo was very clean! Only thing we had to get was food for the kitchen. Everything else was provided! Plenty of room for 4 grown adults. 2 bathrooms made getting ready to go out so smooth. Balcony view was amazing for watching sunrises and sunsets. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had one minor issue but placed a call and within 10 minutes Aaron was there to help us out. The view was wonderful and Amy, our host was pleasant and helpful with lots of information.

Was a great dog friendly condo. All we needed for our pup to feel safe. We cooked twice, everything was easily accessible. Very responsive to calls while we were there.

The location is good and the host tried to accommodate but pictures are not accurate. Elevator broken, sliding glass door broken and not enough pillow cases to cover the beds. TV did not work but they did come and fix. I am sorry I can't write a better review but really was disappointing.

The hosts were amazing, very proactive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and relaxing. The view was beautiful, can watch the sunrise and dolphins swim from the balcony. We hope to stay again.

Beautiful space that looked just like the pictures. I love that we had plenty of space to park, and the space was cozy! I am very appreciative for our hosts-they checked in with us , made sure we were comfortable and also responded promptly to any questions we had! They also recommended places to eat and visit, which was great for this busy mom! We will most certainly be back once the weather is a bit warmer. Also, the view from the balcony was everything !

May Beach Trip
My husband and I stayed here with our dog. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We especially enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture on the large balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the views. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway
Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with the dogs! The view was great and condo looks exactly as depicted. There is no elevator so the luggage lift came in very handy to bring our items up to the room. Would definitely visit again!

Home away from home!
The owner stays in touch and the caretakers of the property are very accessible. The condo is very welcoming and a really nice set up. Perfect size to enjoy and comfortable furniture. The view of the ocean is so enjoyable and never gets old. I would highly recommend staying here

Great view and convenient location

Pup spring break
We had a great stay with our pups. The beach was chilly & mostly empty which was great for nice long walks with the pups. First visit to Nags Head won’t be the last. Fresh seafood delicious!
