Relax, Unwind and have a great time at Two Beaches! We have everything you need for an amazing time away. We are in the beautiful community of Serenity Point which is located at the southern tip of Topsail Island ~ allowing you beautiful views of the Topsail Sound and tranquil sounds of the Atlantic Ocean which are both just steps away. Walking to either or both beaches daily offers you much quality time with family and friends or just long reflective beach walks. Right next to our condo is the private community Pool which is for Serenity Point members and guests only.
Our home has two bedrooms, one loft, three full baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, two porches and an outdoor shower.
We think our condo is great for up to five people!

Wonderful house at Topsail Beach

My family and I thought Two Beaches was a wonderful house. The location is terrific! The owners are very thoughtful in the extras provided from beach chairs and umbrellas to detergent and coffee pods! We had a great stay!

Had a great stay at Two Beaches - we will be back! Pool was right next to the house and the beach is about a 5 min walk. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

We had a great stay as a family of 4 at Two Beaches and would definitely come back. We loved having access to the sound, ocean, and pool. We enjoyed using the bikes, wagon, and beach chairs in the shed and allowed us to pack a little lighter. We highly recommend this location!

Quite beach getaway

The rental was beautiful with a modern beachy feel! Very close to the bay and beach. We enjoyed the quite family experience it offered. The property owners were very accommodating and helpful as well.

Great stay!

Wonderful place to stay! With a 7 week old and a 22 month old, it was great to be just minutes from two different beaches, and we loved being able to walk around the end of the island-such a unique experience! The nearby sea turtle hospital was a very fun attraction as well. The attention to detail in the house made all the difference.

A warm and inviting home set in the perfect location. We had easy access to the beach and sound. Hosts provided great suggestions for local spots to check out. We already miss Topsail!

Amazing place for your family and AMAZING sunsets

We had an amazing time at this property, perfect for our little family of four. We loved the option of the sound side, ocean side, the pool, it was all amazing. The sunsets you get at the house are AMAZING! We will definitely be back and stay next summer!

Unforgettable Family Vacation

We had the BEST time staying at Two Beaches. It was our first time at Topsail. The home was super clean and well equipped with beach gear and bikes for the whole family. My kids said the couch was so comfy they actually slept there a couple nights! Communication with the owners was a breeze and they made check-in and checkout super easy. We will definitely be back soon!!

Our stay was fantastic . Mara’s and Barry’s place was cozy , comfortable , super clean and tidy and overall had a very inviting vibe . We had a beautiful view of the intercoastal beach . Arriving after Labour Day allowed us to enjoy the quiet neighborhood all day . The community pool was only a few feet away from our rental and big enough to do laps . The beach on the Atlantic side of our rental was endless and great for running or walking . In summary , we loved it all !!!

Salt Air, Ocean Breezes, and Relaxation

Wonderful time in this little get way at Two Beaches! Perfect for our family of 3. Mara was attentive without being intrusive, property allowed for enjoyment of both ocean and waterways (great for win the Rip Current is brutal). Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful!

Excellent location and great house! We loved the easy access to the sound (beautiful sunsets!) and the beach. We walked a couple extra minutes south on the beach and there were barely any people around and super fun tide pools every day. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Just Perfect

This property is perfect for beach lovers and those seeking a peaceful vacation for a couple or small family. Those who like fishing or kayaking would love this place. The owners have supplied bikes and beach chairs that made this just perfect! Lovely home and neighborhood.

Topsail Island trip June 2023

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was wonderful and we had no real complaints. The listing is accurate and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The property is very conveniently located at the very tip of the island and is the perfect spot to enjoy both the sound and the ocean. The property owner was so helpful and available any time. In my experience, this property owner was one of the best we have ever had.We would recommend this property for anyone that wants a laid back beach vacation.

Highly Recommend

We were very pleased with this property! It was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and you can’t beat the location. Mara and Barry were excellent communicators and provided us with lots of helpful info. that made our first trip to Topsail really special.

Great trip!

We had a great time in this condo and loved Topsail beach. The unit is walking distance to beach, the sound and the pool which was great for our kids. The owners were great and were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it to any family. Thank you for everything!
