Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood,but close to beach(1.6Miles) ,outlets(1/3Mile) .Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile.Hiking/biking trail is a block away ( bring your bikes).
Maximum 2 adults
Ideal for a couple with a small child.
* Things to know: linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed.
This is a NON SMOKING home.

One bedroom ( a queen bed & a twin)) in the basement with private entrance from lower level of the house with large Private bath room and Control Your own central AC.
There are Microwave oven ,Toaster oven,coffee maker and a refrigerator .

Clean and well equipped. Lots of space. Easy to access and great arrival information. Conveniently located to all the local beaches and boardwalks. I was longing for there to be a W/D where I saw the hook up though it was not advertised as having one so I wasn't expecting it and that's not a negative ... just realized we could have really used it and it would have been a HUGE bonus to this already great stay. :) Thank you for being a great host.

Quiet getaway close to the beach

Myself, and my 22 year old daughter and 20 year old son stayed for a few days. The place was easy to find and very peaceful. Everything inside was very clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance to outlets and a short drive to the beach. The host was very responsive and pleasant! Great experience!

Great location and comfortable accommodation for our family of four. Spacious for a one bedroom, with kids sleeping in living room but still room to just hang out, nice cooking/eating space (no stove). Very Private with a huge patio space. Best part was close proximity to the biking trail. We biked to the beach daily with our bike trailer. Ready to go back in the future.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation

We have stayed at this property for the past 3 years, and have always been extremely pleased. Our host Quang provides a beautiful vacation property....clean, spacious, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It is a short drive to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. I could not recommend this vacation property any higher. We are so pleased to have found this VRBO property, and look forward to years of vacationing here.

Place is clean, spacious and just minutes from the beach. Had a slight issue with the coffee maker that was immediately resolved by host. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay again.

The location was great and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. I originally booked the basement apartment, however, after booking I was advised it was already booked, and that the upstairs apartment was available. The upstairs apartment was nice with a large kitchen. They do not supply towels or bedsheets, which I do not recall seeing in the listing. There is also a mild aroma but nothing that cannot be covered up by an air freshener. Overall a good stay.

Very clean and spacious!

My husband and me and our two small children spent the weekend at this property and we had a wonderful stay. The communication with the host was great and she was quick to respond to any messages. Our family was very comfortable and the listing was even more spacious than anticipated. Despite a rainy weekend, we had a great stay. The location was ideal as it was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. We would definitely come back here.

Holiday getaway

My boyfriend and I chose this stay for Labor Day weekend and weren’t disappointed. The property owner was in touch with us every step of the way and even offered to move us to the upstairs apartment (we originally chose the basement apartment) but he did this because there were other guests coming in toward the end of our stay and wanted to make sure things would be quiet for our vacation. The apartment was clean and quiet. It’s only a 10-15 min drive to the beach (traffic depending). Very close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. I would book this place again!

A Great Quiet Place

Overall the unit was roomy and clean. It was great to come back and relax after a day at the beach. They provided k-cups and a Keurrig for coffee. Additionally, it was located in a nice housing community less than 10 minutes from the beach and was situated so we could avoid route 1 which was awesome

Great location & spacious!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious this place is. The owner gives you space and privacy, while also letting you know he is there if you need anything at all. The location is very ideal! It is very private, quiet and tucked back, while still being a SUPER short and easy drive in to Rehoboth Ave. You can get in to the main part of town without even driving out to Route 1 - where all the traffic is. There is a beautiful spacious and private patio area outside. For the price of this location it is truly excellent!! If I were to be super picky, I would say only a couple things that could be considered negative to note - if you have small kids the layout of the beds isn’t ideal. Simply because the trundle bed is located in the family room which is all in one room with the kitchen and you have to go through the family room to get to the bathroom from the one bedroom. Not a huge deal. Just something to note if your kid/s go to bed before you. The flusher on the toilet seemed to be in need of repair - again not a deal breaker by any means, just something to note. The queen bed was not very comfortable at all, and the WiFi wasn’t great. However, all of that said, I will say again that we truly enjoyed our stay and for the location, price and hospitality it is fantastic!! It was very clean, quiet and spacious! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to everything! We would surely stay here again!!
