There are 3 steps to get into the home. Oak hardwood floors on main level. We are only 3 blks from restaurants, mall and grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown. Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee.

Having the ability to walk to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main floor. All 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds. We have a bed rail and a pack n play for kids. We have a fan. Full sized couch to sleep on for the 7th guest.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school from the house.

There is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. There is also a full sized couch that reclines on both ends and TV with a dvd player. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke.

Rental at 800 West Silverlake Dr. NE, Rochester is only 2 miles away which has self-propelled boats on the river, canoeing or kayaking down the Zumbro River, or biking through the city.
