This home is a perfect Seaside family getaway, located just one block from the beach on a spacious, shaded corner lot on quiet Robertâs Way. A highlight of the home is the third-floor open-air tower, featuring Adirondack bar seating for fourâa prime spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets as the sun dips below the rooftops and into the Gulf, just seven houses away.
Upon entering the first floor, you'll find a welcoming second living room with a large flat-screen TVâan ideal space for everyone to gather. The first floor also hosts two bedrooms: the primary king bedroom with a private bathroom (shower only) and a screened-in front porch with a swing overlooking the shaded, park-like surroundingsâperfect for a morning coffee. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Conveniently located off the living room and bedrooms is an additional full bathroom with a shower. Need more space? The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for young childrenâgreat for families!
Heading upstairs, the second floor features a recently renovated kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances, a large double-door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and stylish art glass pendant lighting. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas. The living area features a flat-screen TV, while the dining space comfortably seats six.
