*RECENTLY UPGRADED: NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES, CABINETS AND FLOORING. REMODELED UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOMS INCLUDING FULLY TILED SHOWER UPSTAIRS.

Located one block north of the bridge, within walking distance of public beaches and our quaint resort town hosting a variety of restaurants, shops and more.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises and watch boats on the river from upper balcony or lower deck.

No pets. No smoking.

BOAT SLIP possibly ,for additional fee. Ask about availability.

On the River was updated, clean and family friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats go by. Hosts were very friendly and easy to talk with. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was perfect for our weekend in South Haven. Very clean, nice quiet location, and close enough to walk to downtown South Haven shops & restaurants. The host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed this spotless home. It was probably the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in, and the location allowed us to walk almost everywhere. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and watching the river traffic, and multiple beautiful beaches within walking distance or a short drive. Definitely recommend this rental!

Amazing Anniversary trip

The condo was beautiful and just as pictures show. Location is so convenient to everything you could want. Communication with Ron was wonderful! He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!

Splendidly Perfect!

Ron and Sandy’s place is amazing. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Perfect location for shopping, eating, kayaking, biking, boating and relaxing on the patio watching the boats go by. We will definitely stay again next time we fish out if South Haven.

Lake Michigan getaway

My husband and I brought our 5 y/o granddaughter back to MI to experience the beautiful shoreline and fun town of SoHa. and this property was perfect for us. Close enough to walk into town or the beach but very quiet when we were ready to relax. The property itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Location was fantastic!

Had the most peaceful stay! Location was great and you could walk to dinner, shops, the beach etc. Very quiet and clean. Everything in the condo has been updated and the view was great. The host was kind enough to give us some great activity recommendations. We definitely will be back!

Absolutely Perfect!

Loved sitting on the terrace & balcony overlooking the river. The property is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. The location is ideal with easy access to beach, downtown & the river. Communication with Ron was excellent, I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Absolutely loved my stay at this condo! I was visiting South Haven with a friend for a few days and couldn't have picked a better place. The condo's location was perfect - easy walk to town and multiple beaches. The condo was spotless, and I thought it looked even better in person than in the pictures. And the bathroom towels were the nicest I've had in a rental!Ron was the ideal host. He was great about communicating and he provided clear instructions. I got to South Haven the day before my friend did and I wound up arriving late at night. Ron let me know that he turned some lights on for me which was very thoughtful, so I wasn't fumbling around with my luggage in the dark. Highly recommend!

Quiet retreat in South Haven

* Very quiet with nice view of Black River * Nicely decorated with calm color palette * Parking is directly in front of the door. Closer would be parking in the kitchen. * Close to town * Clean * Nice fluffy towels * Kitchen is well equipped * Owners were very responsive and quickly responded to texts. Our stay was 4 days over the 2024 Memorial Day weekend.

Awesome location and property!

Everything about our stay was great. Great communication, wonderful location with easy walk to north beach and town. This unit is newly updated and has beautiful views of Black River. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Highly recommend this property
