This beautiful custom expanded L shaped ranch is nestled on a very private flat lot with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, and dining room – all with tons of light and privacy. Experience our movie theater and steam room, office/dedicated workspace, and gym. The fenced in back yard comes with a lot of great features including a heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi (open year-round), two level pergolas over a 20x40 concrete patio, a full play set for the kids, fire pit, & hammock area.

*Pet fee: $250 per pet.
*Jacuzzi fee: $150 per stay.
*Heated pool fee: $150 per day.
*We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

This rental offers an amazing backyard paradise. The beautiful pergola is huge and a great place for outdoor drinks and dining. The hot tub is great to relax in after a day at the beach, which is a short drive away. The pool is the centerpiece where we and our friends spent hours partying or relaxing when not at the beach or wine tasting. The location is excellent with a shopping center less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk, and there are plenty more stores in town which is about a five minute drive. So many excellent restaurants with a short drive as well. The neighborhood is quiet and feels like you are far from everything, which is the opposite of the reality because everything is nearby. AJ was great to deal with. He was highly responsive and easily accessible to answer any questions that we had.

Spring break stay

House is as advertised. Kids enjoyed the playground, movie theatre room and hot tub. Owner was responsive. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, but that is nobody's fault. We would stay here again in the future!

We had fantastic vacation. Property is located close to Stop n Shop, liqour stores and shops, so you dont need to deal with the terrible Hamptons traffic. Lots of choices for restaurants all close by as well... highly recommend weekend brunch at Rumba! House is great space... master bedroom on opposite side of house from other bedrooms which is great. But its all about the beautiful patio and pergola and pool... lots of space to relax, read and have some drinks! Lots of lawn space for cornhole and other games... and it has a truly relaxing vibe!Beaches are short drive away... Tiana beach and Hot Dog beach let you pay by the day with their mobile app. They both have food and bathrooms.Owner was very responsive and super helpful with all our questions. This was a great experience and we are already thinking about making it an annual event!!

Nice property- good location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a family wedding and this location was convenient to the venue. The property manager communicated well, although we did have a problem with ants which showed up the morning after we arrived (likely due to recent rain). I contacted the property manager very early in morning. We lost some food we had just purchased and went out and bought ant traps and spray to take care of issue. The property manager did reach out and say he would stop by, but I had already taken care of the issue. I would have appreciated if the property manager to offer to pay for our out-of-pocket costs. Other than that issue, all else was fine- very nice property- probably really awesome in the summer.

Problems with Early Check-in

Once we got into the house everything was fine (could use a few more bowls and glasses). The problem we had was the owner, through early communications, had us venmo him an additional $250 to secure an early (10am) check-in and late check-out and then the day before we were arriving told us there was someone else in the house and we could not get in until at least 2pm. Claimed he didn't remember our emails and never offered a refund. I had to suggest he waive the unadvertised "hot tub" fee in compensation.

Spacious & Immaculate

We loved this house for its spacious rooms, comfy beds and lovely yard. There's ample parking down a long pretty driveway. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. Beds were perfectly made like a hotel. We immediately went outside and admired the large pool and stunning wooden pergola with its pretty plantings and warm, hanging lights. The pool temp was warm and perfect, and the yard was big enough to toss the football around. The child safety gate surrounding the pool was a bit of an eyesore, and the yard would flow better without it. The kitchen had enough essentials but lacked a few items like serving ware for large groups (corrected). There were plenty of bath and pool towels for our group. The AC worked great. The laundry room/workout space was good too. Teens loved the hidden attic movie theatre. Location was a 15 minute drive to Ponquoque and Tiana beaches, and 3 minutes to grocery store, bagel shop and liquor store. Hampton Bays town was 6 minutes away. We enjoyed the very quiet location and the privacy of mature trees all around us. I would recommend this house for a family or bunch of friends. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful get-away

Great Place!

My wife and I, with our dog, loved our winter break for a few days. House has everything you need and the garden was perfect for the dog to run around. Lots of great hiking/walking trails nearby, and all the necessary supermarkets on the doorstep. Will certainly look to visit again!

Great Getaway!

My entire family really enjoyed a relaxing decompression vacation here. The house was clean and tasteful, with the outdoor patio area and the pool being the highlight. It felt like a little private oasis. The host was very responsive and communicative. Highly recommended!
