By the Sea Villa is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6. This is a ground floor unit with a nice grassy yard off the lanai, surrounded by tropical greenery and with an excellent view of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.

The spacious open-concept main living area seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining space, great room, and a covered lanai with a built-in grill. The indoor dining table comfortably seats six, while the lanai offers a dining table for four, perfect for enjoying meals with a view of the scenic Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.
The inviting living room is equipped with a large Ultra HD 4K TV, offering the ultimate in entertainment.

A $25 per night fee per group grants you access to the spectacular Hali'i Kai Ocean Club, just a short walk from the villa. This oceanfront paradise boasts a tiered saltwater lagoon-style pool with cascading waterfalls, a rejuvenating spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with stunning ocean views. For a convenient and tasty meal, the Ocean Club Bar and Grill is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The required fee is payable at the Hali'i Kai office upon check-in.

The resort has two world-class golf courses and there is a tennis court in the community.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones

Enjoy free use of our collection of bikes (adult and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

For those with children:

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

Within the Waikoloa Beach Resort you'll find the white sand A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay) beach. A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
