This furnished one bedroom, one bathroom stylishly residence boasts an open main living and dining area with gorgeous tile throughout, a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The inviting screened lanai is accessible from the main living and master bedroom. The spacious master suite features a walk-in closet and incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Vanderbilt Towers are located in the highly desired Vanderbilt Beach area, is only steps to one of the world's finest beaches, a great heated pool, and rental boat dock, minutes away from Ritz Carlton, Mercato shopping and dining, and perfect for any beachgoers, boaters, and fisherman, being steps away from the white sandy beaches. As if this isn't enough V.T. is only minutes to Whole Foods, The Artis, Trader Joe's, and an almost endless amount of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.

Winter getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious one bedroom condo. We loved the view of the Gulf and watched sunsets from our lanai almost daily.Everything we needed in the kitchen to sitting at the beach was provided. Wonderful experience.

Great Vanderbilt vacation spot!

Wonderful view of the Gulf, comfortable accommodations, king bed, complete kitchen for cooking meals, updated furnishings, extended lanai, ample closet space, plenty of beach chairs and umbrella, plus walkable to the beach! Description was accurate, owner was available for questions, and we hope to return in the future! Loved our stay and the sunsets were spectacular!

Just perfect!

Just perfect by all means; 7th floor balcony overlooking the ocean. Modern furniture, very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed and modern walk in shower. Alex is great host, always reachable and solution orientated. We can only highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Property!

Unit was very clean and provided everything needed; beach towels, chairs, etc. The kitchen is nicely stocked with appointed. The owner was easily reachable and responded promptly throughout the process. Can't beat the location!

Exactly as Advertised

The condo was very clean, well appointed and a five minute walk to the beach. The view of the gulf from the Lanai was spectacular and each sunset was better than the next. The location was excellent with shopping and restaurants nearby. The residents were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The communication with Alex was very good and he answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this Condo for a quiet, relaxing vacation snd look forward to our next stay.

The condo was exactly as listed. Short walk to the beach, beautiful view and sunsets from the lanai, very nicely furnished, all of the kitchen supplies you need, all the beach necessities you could ask for, plus a wonderful and welcoming community of neighbors.

A Perfect Getaway đŸ–ïž

My husband and I were so lucky to find this amazing condo. It is beautiful, modern and very comfortable. Each night we watched the sunset over the Gulf Bay from the lanai. It’s just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and stores. The host, Alex, was so kind and he communicated so well with us. Don’t think there’s a better host

Peaceful

If you are wanting a peaceful getaway, this is the place to stay. It was more than I expected. Absolutely lovely view anytime of the day. Short walk to the beach which was very convenient. Beautiful sunset to be seen from the lanai or beach. Owner is very easy to reach if you have any concerns. Perfect location to walk or ride a bike. It is not a long distance to travel to store either. Such a centrally located condominium. I am already planning my trip for next year!

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this condo. The location is unbeatable & it’s a quiet area regardless of being right by the beach & 5 min from any shopping/dining. We stayed a month & couldn’t have asked for anything better. The walk to the beach from the condo is 5 min & the property equipped us with chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to tow everything which made going everyday a breeze. The kitchen has all you need & the view of the water made our nights incredible. The laundry room is located directly across from the unit which made doing laundry easy even though there aren’t “in unit washers/dryers”. We will definitely be staying here again. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. We found our favorite spot in Naples finally!

Wonderful Condo on the Gulf in Naples

Condo was as described in the listing and the pictures. We watched the sunset every night either from the lanai or the beach. The beach is a five-minute walk from the condo. Alex had a great selection of beach gear that included a wagon to get all your stuff to the beach. The condo is fully equipped in the kitchen. Furniture is very comfortable including the bed. Ample towels and linens. The laundry is right across the hall. We met many very nice people in the building, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Alex provided great communication leading up to and including check-in and check out. We so loved everything about this condo and Alex that we are renting it again in January 2025! thanks again Alex for everything!

Everything Was Excellent- Relaxing and Wonderful- You will not be disappointed.

Well appointed condo. Great location with magnificent sunset views. One of our favorite things to do was to enjoy the screened-in lanai with a cocktail and watch the sunset. The location is what we loved the most. It is just a short walk to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and Vanderbilt Public Beach. Very convenient. We enjoyed the pool as well. Very clean and it even has bathroom facilities by the pool and has a BBQ grill. Alex was great! She was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely vacation here again. We highly recommend this condo.

Condo with great view and location

Wife and I had a great stay in the condo. The condo overlooks Delnor Wiggins State Park, which was our go to beach, 5 min walk. Had great sunset views from the balcony every night and ate most of our meals from there also. Kitchen was very usable and was stocked with some spices. Used the grill at the pool for steaks one night. Hoping to go back next year.

Splendid Ocean View and more

Rented this unit for 2 mos. and enjoyed my entire stay. Although its an older building, this one-bedroom condo was spacious and provided all the comforts desired! The kitchen is well equipped with the appropriate appliances and an abundance of accessories for in home dining! The only "minor" issue would be room for dry goods to store. The bedroom is quite roomy with plenty of storage and closet space. The bathroom is small but provides all that is required including the necessary towels/linens. The communication during the rental process (including check in) was efficient and worry free. The property is gated, the landscaping is well maintained and the pool area is convenient and clean. The beach/ocean (Delnor Wiggins) is a simple 5 minute walk. The area provides plenty of dining/retail options which I certainly appreciate. As a single adult, renting in this area for over a decade, I was very pleased with the accommodations - So much so, I would rent again without hesitation :) In closing, the unit owners/management were terrific and very easy to work with! RELAXATION WAS/IS KEY and thus a successful mini vacay . . . ALOHA!
