We had a great stay during the busiest time of year. We loved the many pool options and location of the condo. It made our commute to Publix park smooth and simple and not to mention food options with never having to leave the complex. We will be back.

Amazing Getaway

Nice, clean property with amazing views from the top! I was a little hesitant to book because it isn’t RIGHT on the beach, but it’s such a short walk that it was easier access to the beach than some places I’ve stayed that are on the beach-side of the road. Go ahead and prepare for long waits at the elevator, but that’s my only negative comment. We loved our stay and would do it again.

Fishing trip

This condo was awesome. We stay here at the warf every year for our annual fishing trip and this place is great it has a little bit of everything there and you don't really have to leave if you don't want to. The only down fall to the whole place is the elevators. It takes for every to catch a elevator.

Great condo in a great location!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. Overall it was very clean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at PCB. We didn't try out any of the pools on the property but they all looked really nice. Although the beach is across the street, there is a private walkway that made getting there a piece of cake. The garage is also large enough to accommodate everyone staying on the property. We were there during a very busy time (July 4th), and still never had trouble finding parking spots. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay.

The only thing I would have to say bad is the elevator situation. Other than that. The place is really nice. Short walk to the beach and pineapple Willy’s. David and his wife and the helper were all a quick text and response back.

False Advertisement/ Hidden cameras

This is a 3 bedroom and not a 4!! It took an hour to check in. You have to pay for parking and wristbands during your stay. There are hidden cameras in this property so beware!! The furniture in the first bedroom on the right needs to be upgraded. The bed is falling apart. There are two bunk beds built into the hallway which is not a bedroom and it does not have a door. The location is good, it’s located across from Pineapple Willy’s. The elevators are horrid and filthy. We were booked from the 1st-4th of April 2022. We were evicted by the property owner and escorted off the premises after being there for 2 hours because we had more than 10 guests. He didn’t allow 10 to stay and had the agent Zack and security along with a US Marshal escort us off the property with 1 hour to gather our things. David the owner has refused to give our 2,000 dollars back and I have contacted Vrbo several times about this matter. I attempted to contact Vrbo twice while we were being evicted and I got a voicemail twice from the help center. I was given the claims number for Vrbo by the owner the next morning. Vrbo customer service has contacted him in several occasions. This property owner David has lied and is still refusing to give our money back so proceed with caution if you want to stay here!!!

Fact : You were asked to leave since you had 14 guests and very very rude to us. Choices given were either reduce to 10 or be evicted - You refused so we evicted you. We will not accommodate or negotiate with Renters who break our house-rules. There is one and only one ring camera on the entry door facing outwards. Most apartments have this. No Hidden cameras anywhere. That would be illegal. There is a reason why security was called. It's becasue you didn't agree to our house rules. We will not accommodate or be held hostage by guests who disrespect us or our property. For most of the other guests you will not have any issues if you follow all house rules. I am so sorry that it didn't work out for you but please realize that we have had no problems renting to others and with refunds in the past unless you break our house rules. TY for your review.

Awesome location!

I went with 6 teenagers and had a ball! The space was perfect and so close to the beach. Also plenty of fun things to do within walking distance. A well stocked kitchen for cooking in and brand new washer/dryer. Not to mention the balcony! Great views of the local gator population! My only word of advice is Park high in the garage so you don’t have to wait on the elevators at the first floor. There is a breezeway to the building from floors 2-6. Being a 21 story building, this can be a slow process .. especially with kids!

Excellent stay!!

Very clean house. Great locality with Private beach access. Only issue is with the elevator in the building, during peak hours it takes forever to get the elevator.
