This spot was so Amazing. The view was amazing. The place was so clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. With all the patio doors it had an Amazing breeze. Very spacious and clean! 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths and bonus - bunk bed cove. Comfortable beds. Excellent appliances. Great views of the strip. Some road noise. Huge wrap around balcony. Parking on the 5th floor of the parking deck is a must so you don’t have to wait for elevators. Or use the elevator inside the parking deck. Very convenient beach access and walking to gift shops & restaurants including Pineapple Willy’s. Excellent security all around the complex. Walmart across the street. A long drive to Pier Park area & back - not because of distance but heavy traffic.

Overall, the place was absolutely wonderful—we really enjoyed our stay. The condo stayed nice and cold, which was great. The only recommendation I’d make is to bring a box fan for the master bedroom, as it does tend to get a little warm in there even when the AC is running.The cleaning crew does a great job overall, and the condo smelled amazing when we arrived. However, it didn’t seem like the floors were actually being mopped—more like swept and vacuumed. Walking around barefoot, our feet turned black pretty quickly, so that’s one area that could use a little extra attention.Other than that, everything was great, and we had a wonderful experience.

This was a 3-week winter snowbird trip with two other couples. The unit was wonderful and well equipped for our needs. It was an easy walk across the street to get to the beach. The complex stated there were 2 pools that were heated and that definitely was NOT the case. The hot tubs were okay, if you prefer that instead of the pool. Also, it would have been nice to be informed prior to our arrival that the fitness center was shut down for repairs. Our host was very attentive and we would definitely rent this unit in the future!

From beginning to end- we had an excellent experience. The place was spotless clean when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed. We have stayed at Laketown the last 4 years & this has by far been the nicest condo! Communication with the property manager could have not been better to make sure our stay was what we expected! We had the best time staying here. We had 9 people total with 4 of those people being 3 and under. The beds were so comfortable we had to see what brand they were! Our host was super nice and made our stay enjoyable. She was quick to answer any questions we had and also had a few basic toiletries and items waiting for us. The location was great and not far from the main pool. We had no problems with elevator wait time and the elevator and parking garage were only a few steps away! 10/10 experience staying here. We will be booking again!

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location!

Wonderful stay, the host was very quick to message with answers to any questions I had! Location was amazing, walking distance to so many great places! Only thing was the elevators took forever (not the hosts fault this is the resorts fault) so just be prepared for long waits or taking the stairs. No trash in the hallway, loved that the trash shoot was so close! Overall great experience!
