Awesome property

Love location, even though I do not live, friends thought location was perfect for our activities . Property was in great condition. The owner was great, prompt response to questions, communication was prompt and clear.

Very awesome experience!!! I would recommend this place!! We needed to be close to the children’s hospital and this is perfect for that!!! Mark is great to deal with! Also cooper was very helpful and went out of his way to help us with the stay.

Great stay all around

This neighborhood is very convenient to stay in if you don’t have a car. Walk to restaurants and grocery stores is always a must for me when choosing a location since I rarely rent a car when I travel for work. We found our stay very enjoyable and our host was very attentive. The house smelled freshly cleaned when we walked in and it had plenty of room for us three friends to have our own space. Kitchen was fully equipped and we felt at home.

Overall nice

Basically a nice studio. Good communication with owner, very easy check in etc. lots of tv channels, comfortable bed. that said, the property could use a little work, new paint, better water pressure especially. There have been some repairs that need finishing and there is a bit of a mildew smell in the bathroom where repairs were done.

My Stay

The apartment smelled like broccoli when we first got there. The internet was not reliable. There was no body wash in the shower. The location was very convenient. I’m only sharing these few things because I would imagine the cleaning people should have taken care of most of those issues

Absolute dump

I wish I could post pictures to this because it is completely inaccurate listing. There was holes in the drywall above the shower and mold. It smelled terrible with an attempt to mask the smell with way too much febreeze or whatever. The hot tub was closed and the unit had no extra towels and linens. Would never stay here again.

Great communication with property owner/manager

We used the property for my son for a short term rental in between summer and fall semester. The property was clean and exactly as described. The property manager was extremely helpful and communicative. That is always appreciated when you are making arrangements for your son and you are 2000 miles away. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.
