Vous allez adorer cet endroit, deux maisons à partir de l'angle de la 12th Street et Wesley Avenue! Ce est juste un bloc de la plage et de la promenade et à quelques rues de la nouvelle Starbucks et les boutiques adorables sur Asbury. Cette étonnante 4 BR, 2 maison de BA a été acheté en Décembre 2014 et entiÚrement rénové au printemps de 2015. Nous croyons que vous allez adorer, comme nos invités nous ont dit qu'ils font! Il a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et un mobilier flambant neuf. Notre objectif est de vous donner les meilleures vacances jamais! S'il vous plaßt consulter nos commentaires!

Spring Break Serenity

If I could give this property and our experience more stars, I would. We loved our 3-night stay at Sunblest. The home is well-appointed, cozy, and just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Julie’s guest-focused attention to detail is bar none. The home was equipped & stocked with everything we needed and more. Communication before, during, & after our stay was excellent. Even if the weather isn’t a beach day, Sunblest is a great place to watch movies by the fire, do puzzles on the large dining table, or curl up with a book on the covered porch. We would love to stay here again, next time for more than 3 nights.

Perfect location and stay in OC!

Home is fully equipment with everything you need to enjoy a stay in OC. Location is beyond perfect to access boardwalk, beach & downtown area. Home is extremely clean and comfortable. Our family had a blast. Owners were very friendly and pleasure to work with.

Perfect spot - just behind the boardwalk!

We spent the weekend at this property in celebration of a family members 70th birthday & to enjoy the 1st night festivities. The property was clean, the owner provided everything we needed, and was quick to reach out when we initially booked & whenever questions came up. Our location was great too —just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk, Jillys Arcade for the kids, & a close walk to downtown. Would definitely rent this spot again!

Last minute getaway

My husband and I decided at the last moment to go to OCNJ for the weekend and we found this property on our VRBO search. What an unexpected surprise!!!! The house is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and even a few extras (special soaps, shampoos, etc.). The owner was so accommodating and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back and can not recommend this property enough. The location is fantastic and the owners are the best.

Wonderful OCNJ Getaway

Julie’s home “Sunblest” is a wonderful place for a family to stay, especially for an off-season long weekend. My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay from booking to check out. She was so flexible with check in and check out times. The house was clean and family friendly, and had everything you could need (including a pack n play for baby!) There are beach chairs, beach toys, large storage garage. Her home is even pet friendly! I would highly recommend

OCNJ Weekend

An absolutely perfect get-away weekend! It all started as we communicated with Julie about our stay. She was an awesome hostess...great communication, very friendly, and truly happy to have us at her home. Wonderful house in Ocean City

We stayed for a few days in the off season. It's actually pretty nice this time of year, as you get the beautiful ocean walks without the crowds. The house was very clean. Communication was so clear and easy. The location is convenient to the boardwalk. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended!

This is the place!

I have rented in OCNJ for years, never wanting to go to the same house twice
until now! This house was above and beyond what we normally get and we couldn’t of been happier! Trash bags, ziplocks, dish detergent, hand soap, k cups, tin foil, to go coffee cups
.you name it, this house has it! It saved us so much packing and we were (finally!) able to take one car down the shore!!! Julie is an absolutely fabulous host and we are already booking again for next year!! Thank you Julie!!

Fabulous & Beautiful

The house is so beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is so tastefully done. The whole house was very clean! All the furniture was very comfortable. And the beds were very very comfy cozy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The fireplace was wonderful since a few nights were cold. Plenty of room to move around. It’s so close to the boardwalk & beach which we loved. We were able to walk everywhere. Me and my family had a fantastic time . We will definitely be returning. And the owner was a delight to deal with. If you want to stay in an absolute gorgeous home , this place is it!

Clean, bright, easy beach house

Great first floor condo - bright, clean, comfortably equipped. You can bring yourself (and dogs and family) and some food and you are set for a nice beach break. The property is perfectly situated - easy walk to the beach but not too involved in boardwalk crowds - easy walk or bike ride to the Asbury Ave shopping district. Communications with the owner were easy via text - all good things and we'd rent again without question.

Sunblest was the best!

We had an amazing time at Sunblest! The home was beautiful and the hosts had everything you could want down to the smallest of details. It was our grandson's first overnight trip and was made all the more special with this incredible home <3

After we started renting our first home, we realized that we were sitting on one of the best locations in all of Ocean City! It was close to everything and yet a relaxed and beautiful part of town. When this house came up for sale, just doors up from our first house, we could see it was the perfect house for us to offer as a second rental. We loved the friendliness of the house layout and, of course, the location.... steps from all you want to do on your vacation!
