Guest must walk up 3 flights of steps to reach 3rd floor apartment. NO elevator on premises.

Guest must acknowledge that they will smell smoke in the apartment complex the private residents in the other apartments are smokers. It is common to smell smoke within the apartment and stairway. Furthermore this apartment is not recommended for anyone that can not tolerate the smell of smoke or is sensitive to the smell.

We do not recommend this apartment to families with young children.

Although other private residents smoke our apartment is non-smoking.

Guest must acknowledge that this is a residential apartment building and the entrance is shared with two other residential private apartments.
