Relax and watch the calming waves roll in on the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony in this vacation rental in Pensacola Beach. Regency Towers #605 West offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and an adjoined primary bathroom. The second bedroom features two twin size beds, and the living area contains a queen size sofa sleeper. The living room and primary bedroom lead to a private balcony. It overlooks the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Regency Towers is located directly on the Gulf side of Pensacola Beach and offers amenities, including a community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. You can spend the day on the beach and then cool off in the pool before going out for a night on the town. There are several amazing restaurants nearby, so you can have a delicious meal and try some fresh Gulf seafood. Enjoy the Gulfside Pavilion or the Quietwater Beach Boardwalk to do a little shopping or catch a show! The Pensacola Beach Trolley offers a free way to explore the area from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day.

Spring break in Pensacola

This was a great place to stay with our 2 teen agers. It was away from the busy part of the island and the beach was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay. I would love to see upgrades on the mattresses but I know I am picky about my bed. The overall feel of the condo was comfortable and relaxing. We would stay again.

Room was very clean and accessible. The elevator usage was the best I had ever experienced. Every time we needed an elevator it was available. The parking was great and view was awesome. The only hiccup was the parking passes weren’t in the basket but the host texted me back in a few minutes with the answer for what to do next and the problem was solved quickly. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place and super close to the beach

This was our first time staying at this complex. It’s super close to the beach, had a fantastic view (605W) and the free trolley was a great bonus. We really enjoyed it.

Beautifil views from every room in the condo

Loved 605W! This view is like no other! The condo is very well kept, too. Can't wait to come back when there isn't construction being done on the property, that was the only downside.

Great complex

The condo was great & there was no crowd at the beach even for the end of July. It was a very quiet, relaxing visit. The condo had a few extras.....lots of storage, a shoe rack in the master closet, a lighted makeup mirror.... (it's the little things! ;)) Contactless check-in was super easy & basically, we had to take the garbage to the chute & turn out the lights to check out. SO NICE for it to be that easy! We would definitely stay here again.

Good experience

Location was amazing!!! I wish the living room was in the corner instead of the master bedroom (since it has 2 views of the water). The condo was clean, all necessary items were there (with the exception of beach gears like tent, chairs...). I didn't care for the carpet in the living room & bedrooms, tile would be better. Furniture (interior & exterior) was older. The master bathtub was clogged but we could have called for maintenance or buy drano. Overall experience was good.

Great location… few broken things

We loved the property. One main thing we didn’t love was that the sliding glass door in the living area didn’t lock. They did send a maintenance guy to look at it but he said “it wasn’t a big deal and no one was going to come up 6 floors.” I wasn’t worried about someone coming in, more worried about my 2 and 5 year old going out. Other than that the property was great. Would definitely stay again

Great location. Could see gulf and bay from the balcony. Floor was a little dirty in the condo and one of the headboards on twin bed wasn’t attached. Overall condo was in pretty good shape - a little dated, but we enjoyed our stay very much.
