Séminaire 87_une maison d'artiste au Panthéon

Le sĂ©minaire 87 est une solution parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent une maison moderne et parfaitement fonctionnelle dans le centre de Rome: le PanthĂ©on. La maison mesure 180 mÂČ et est situĂ©e au 1er Ă©tage d'un immeuble historique avec ascenseur. L'appartement se compose de 3 chambres, dont deux ont une salle de bain et un grand salon (40mÂČ) avec un canapĂ©-lit. L'une des 3 chambres est situĂ©e au-dessus d'une mezzanine (20 mÂČ), dispose de deux lits simples qui peuvent ĂȘtre rĂ©unis et dispose d'une salle de bain avec baignoire. Les clients ont accĂšs Ă  tous les services prĂ©sents dans l'appartement. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le nĂ©cessaire depuis la machine Nespresso pour faire du cafĂ© au four Ă  micro-ondes et au lave-vaisselle. Dans l'appartement, vous trouverez Ă©galement un fer Ă  repasser et un lave-linge. J'habite Ă  quelques minutes de l'appartement et je suis Ă  votre disposition pour toute Ă©ventualitĂ©. Vous pouvez me contacter par tĂ©lĂ©phone ou SMS et je vous aiderai Ă  mieux planifier votre sĂ©jour Ă  Rome. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e de Netflix, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et de la climatisation.

Excellent location, beautiful art through the apartment. The host were great, they were very responsive and gave us great recommendations. The only problem was the noise from the street and ongoing construction on the building across the street. Very loud, very early. Would still recommend and stay there again.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment conveniently located near the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Even within walking distance of the coliseum, after a guided tour we walked back stopping at a wonderful restaurant ( L’Antica Birreria Peroni) for dinner. Due to its convenient location a bit noisy.

I highly recommend. It's in a great location and is a very nice apartment. Aurelia & Alessandro were great hosts. I had lost a key in taxi in Naples and upon my return, they were waiting for us with a new key! Very responsive.

Wonderful!

In the center of it all. The pantheon is literally a couple hundred feet away. We are in our mid 60s with bad knees and everything other than the coliseum was in walking distance. So many shops and restaurants nearby, you wouldn’t be able to visit every one. The host helped arrange all our transportation needs and recommended the tour agency, Crazy4rome. Excellent tours. Ask for Yev as your guide. Booking with this host was truly one stop shopping. I count on reviews when booking with VRBO. You truly won’t be disappointed with this location.

Amazing in the heart of Rome

The apartment was amazing.the perfect refuge from the scorching heat. The place is exceptionally designed. Beautiful with everything you could want for cooking or relaxing. I would stay there forever. Great water pressure. Right next to the pantheon. Amazing

This a great house. The architecture and art are very unique. The hosts we responsive and the listing is very accurate. There was plenty of space for my family of five. The location is the real star though. We ate at three great restaurants all within 30-40 steps from our front door. The Pantheon is a 1 minute walk. It does get a little noisy at night, but not too bad.

Our family loved this Paris apartment — beautifully decorated with incredible artwork that made the space feel like a gallery. The location was perfect, just steps from the Pantheon and close to everything. Stylish, spotless, and comfortable — and the host was absolutely wonderful. We’d happily stay here again!

Great Rome Location

The location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, Trevi, and Spanish Steps. A short walk to the Colosseum and Vatican. The apartment and our host were both great. I have been to Rome many times. This was the best place I have ever stayed at.

Very cool place! LOVED!

Was greeted as soon as we walked up to the door. He was wonderfully, made sure we got a full walk-through of the place. And let us know if we need anything that we could reach out. They also help to set up transportation that picked us up from the airport and brought us back to it. Would stay here again!

Short stay near the Pantheon

The apartment was nice, the location was great right next to the Pantheon. We were able to use the elevator for my 76 year old father who has mobility issues. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way we were able to book transfers from the airport to the apartment as well as to the Termini station for 4 adults with luggage. Everything was as advertised we enjoyed the beautiful art in the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again! There was a bit of street noise but the hosts had it covered with ear plugs!

Perfect location

Location location location. Central to the heart of Rome. Family members were able to come and go at different time so that everyone could have their best vacation. The place was spacious allowing people to spread out. Well appointed with all important amenities. Gem of a place. Truly special.
