The host was extremely helpful. When we arrived there was some debris in the pool due to the high winds - they made sure to send someone right over to clean it for us. The house and all of the amenities were great.

We had a wonderful stay in Jacksonville Beach! The home was clean, comfortable, and in such a convenient location with an easy walk to the beach and so many local spots. We especially loved the heated pool! The owner communicated consistently and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were also lucky to have beautiful weather, which was the cherry on top. We’d happily stay here again!

This house was extremely clean and very well stocked (towels, paper goods, detergent, etc) Location was great for walking to the beach and restaurants.The host was always quick to reply.Would definitely recommend!

We had a WONDERFUL family weekend trip! The kitchen and home were very well stocked, and we spent most of the time enjoying the beautiful backyard pool, fire pit area and grill. Would highly recommend staying!

Beautiful place perfect for our family! close to the beach, and the pool in the backyard is wonderful for family times! inside is very nice and air-conditioning unit works really well. Thank you to our hosts, Welcome Home Rentals for a great week in Jacksonville. We were looking for a place in Jacksonville Beach as we were going in town for a few days moving our daughter into college and enjoying some time by the beach. This was a great location and the house was perfect, especially with the pool. It accommodated our family very well as far as two adults and three teenage children. It had everything we needed for the week (and more), was very clean and accessible to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely stay again!

It was overall enjoyable you guys suppied us with more things then our previous vacation we had with a different place. The pool was very cozy and was nice relaxing in the backyard ecen being close to neighbors the stay was just amazing.

We use the laundry only one and was good, the kitchen was good but the rice cooker was missing. The pool excellent!!

This is a fabulous house with everything you could possibly need for a grwat vacation. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. The heated pool was a very nice amenity and we really enjoyed out stay!
