Cozy condo with amazing water views only 8 min from Bethany Beach !

We invite you to experience the wonderful splendor of ocean view with an easy access to the Indian River Bay & Atlantic Ocean. Lots of open space for boating, kayaking, paddling board, fishing. Great location with a short drive to Bethany's Beaches and boardwalk. Only 30 minutes to Ocean City boardwalk! You will enjoy and relax at the outside pool with best views of the sunset on the Indian river bay. There is a short distance drive to all the attractions such outlet, shops, restaurants and night life.

Our condo 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom is located on the 3rd floor, furnished and remodeled. Features a King size bed, one bunk bed (twin over full) and one twin size bed, 2 flat screen TV's, WIFI, kitchenette, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, blender, k-cup coffee maker, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans, drinking glasses, linens, towels and more. Balcony with ocean views and outdoor furniture plus free parking.

*Paddle Board is charged an extra fee of $100.00 per stay (must bring your own Life Jacket, water shoes recommended)

Wonderful Getaway

A great condo in a beautiful area. The grounds and pool were clean and welcoming and the condo itself was well-appointed. A lovely place for a family vacation. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds.

Great Vacation Week!

We love staying at this Condo. It is clean, has incredible views of the bay, and situated in a quiet community. Additionally, the location is perfect, just minutes to Bethany beach and restaurants. Not to mention, the hosts are great. This is our second year renting this condo and we plan to return again in the future. I Highly recommend!

Everything We Were Looking For

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It was very clean, had beautiful views of the bay, was quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. It was so nice to have such a beautiful pool in the development AND right near the bay. Views were spectacular. The owner was always prompt in responding to my inquiries and questions. If we are in the area again, we will book the same property.

Great long long weekend!

We came to Bethany beach with our older teens/young adults. The property was very clean, and decorated so cute. The pool was huge, tons of chairs and numerous umbrellas. The view of the bay was spectacular. The location of this condo was close to everything, grocery and liquor stores and a quick drive to Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. We had a great time and would definitely return!!

Amazing property and overall experience!!!

The host did an absolutely amazing job communicating proactively about check-in details and ensuring that we were okay every step of the way. The host deserves 10+ stars for being so accomodating! The property was clean and the decor was refreshing. The view of the pool and bay was nice to wake up to and experience from the balcony.

Perfect location!

This condo had it all, the balcony was wonderful, the views amazing and that pool, best pool days ever! We had a wonderful time, when visiting Bethany beach again we will certainly be looking to stay here again. Wonderful property, great amenities and close to all the beach towns, so much to do! Very clean, only hiccup was the wifi was spotty but when at the beach was only a minor inconvenience! Highly recommend this property!

Nice little vacation stay. Great place to stay with the family. Pool is available literally in your backyard. Only down fall is that the neighbors downstairs played loud music late at night. With small children it can get annoying. Other than that everything was on point!

Book it! - Peaceful and Relaxing

This was our first time using Vrbo. Obviously a little hesitant on what we were getting into, we were thrilled when we walked into the place. It was beautiful, very clean, planty of room for my family of three, and had amazing views! It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony overlooking the large pool and indian river bay. The community was so calm. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for other families.

Perfect Family Stay

This property is gorgeous. The pictures really do not do it justice! The pool is amazing. The property is clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook with. The view is just breathtaking. Everything was perfect. The property owners were quick to answer everything and so kind. I will definitely be coming back!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great getaway

I met my son and his girlfriend for a long weekend and this location was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. AC was very good especially at the end of humid august. The balcony is situated that it gets good light and breeze but neither the early morning sun nor late afternoon. So it is always a good time to sit outside. The pool is awesome and under utilized. It is a short drive to great restaurants and the beach. Very happy with our stay.

Nice getaway

Nice, clean family oriented place, and a great location. However we had several concerns.. the doors to the unit patio and screen door did not lock; beds in 2nd bedroom were very uncomfortable; no pot holders to use the oven; gate on pool states pool passes must be displayed but there were passes provided, however the owner did respond saying we could still use the pool; rules with fines listed were displayed upon arriving in the unit that were not previously indicated like not to move furniture...which meant we could not use the ottoman,etc.; bo instructions on how to use the dishwasher but we were expected to runn at time of departure; there was a community day function we had no information on and did not know if we could participate; incorrect info.was given on fireworks...they happened the night if the community day function that we missed since we thought they were to take place on the holiday... overall there could have been better communication and accommodations.

Very cutely decorated and comfortable. Beautiful view!

We drove from Ohio to stay here with our young kids for four nights. We loved the view of the pool and bay. It’s just as remarkable as the photos. The apartment itself is very well cleaned and I loved the decor. Bonus that the furniture is sturdy for a toddler to run around. I loved the hard decor too like the beautiful tiling on the wall in the master bathroom. It was a simple check in and out process. Even though it’s an apartment, it was quiet with no loud neighbors. It is on the third floor and so you get exercise going up and down the stairs. The location is a 10 min easy drive to the beach. Free beach parking until 10am. Our only issue would be that there is more specifics around the use of the pool. Someone on the board of the community asked if we had a pool pass, which we didn’t but then said we were fine for the time being and they would contact the owner. One other small issue but it’s more individualized is that we brought our own bag of coffee but there was not a drip coffee machine in the cupboard. They had a Keurig which we don’t normally use. They left us a few k cups (so kind!) but it would have been nice to have the option of drip coffee. We got coffee in the morning at the beach coffee shop though! Overall, a very relaxing and beautiful place to stay for a small family!

the view is spectacular

Everything was as stated in the Pictures. Felt like home for our brief stay. we really did not have to communicate with any property manager. The dryer was not working, I texted Raphael. He answered but was unable to have anyone come look at it whereas it is summer at a resort. Oh well!
