The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. The condo is quite nice and well equipped. All the beds were comfortable. The view is spectacular and the condo feels quite large. As noted, the parking space is next to the elevator, and the owner supplies a folding wagon for hauling things from parking to the condo which is very helpful. The unit is on the top floor so no noise from above and you can see from the ocean and into town. The unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice patio furniture for sitting and sunning. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again myself. We were there for the month of February and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This particular condo has been where we have had a family vacation for the last 5 years. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and accommodates our family to include seniors with limited mobility. The grounds surrounding condos are monitored for safety and the pool was cleaned daily. We will be returning to enjoy this condo next year!

Perfect place for family.

Arrive right at check in time for smooth elevator ride. All amenities were great. The place was clean and quiet with great views. It is close to everything and right on the beach. It has everything you need and plenty of room. I would go back anytime.

Amazing corner view from the balcony. I loved watching the wind and the tides moving the water so far out into the ocean. Watching dolphins surface in the mornings is something my kids still talk about. We could also see the fireworks from Pier Park at one point.The owner reached out to let us know about a potential issue well before our stay was scheduled. They were very nice and easy to work with as well as being prompt to respond. The unit itself had everything we needed. It was clean, cool, and very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay ON the beach. And the indoor pool was huge plus for my smaller kids!!

Condo was very nice and plenty of room for our family of 8! The view was beautiful! There was a wagon in the room that was very helpful for luggage and groceries being carried from the car. If you don’t mind a little bit of wind when you’re out on the balcony, this is a great place! Three elevators, so very little waiting. Indoor pool if the weather outside doesn’t cooperate. Beautiful beach. Walking distance to several places to eat, shop, play mini golf.

Elevator didn’t work most of the time all week we were there and parking sucked. We’ve stayed at many places in PCB and this was by far least favorite!

We weren’t made aware of any problems but certainly apologize. There are usually 3 working elevators. There is one reserved parking space near the elevators and an overflow lot across the street. We provide 2 parking passes at no charge.

loved the views, and the place is clean and well maintained. For that kind of coin, you'd think they might have Kleenex, perhaps a bar of soap - things are kept pretty spartan. But the location and views tend to make you forget about the little things. property is well maintained and safe.

Fun with the family

A great place for a family to get together. The property managers Jay and Pam were excellent.The only complaint was the parking. We had more than one car with our family coming from different areas. We only had one space.

Just a comment on the parking. Two parking passes are available. There is one reserved space and an overflow lot for additional cars across the street in addition to some overflow spaces in the garage. There is paid parking nearby as well for more than 2 cars.
