Family Spring Break

The property was perfect for a relaxing family beach week…and the host was fantastic from our initial booking through our entire stay (answering our questions and providing info about nearby activities/etc).

Carl and Lynn were so helpful for our last minute family vacation! The property was amazing!!! They had everything we could need and more for entertainment and accommodating a large group. We will be coming back!

Great family vacation! The view from the back deck and beach access to this property are absolutely stunning. We had our family of five and our dog for the week and enjoyed every inch of the property. The tiki hut was a perfect place to hide from the hot mid-afternoon sun and to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the beautiful sunrises. During one of our swims, 2 manatees visited us and spent some time playing in the waves beside us in the clear blue water. The outside shower was great, although I would recommend a small improvement of adding some visual screening between the shower and the adjacent house, but other than that, it was spot on. The house is fully stocked with everything you could imagine from cooking and storing food and beverages as well as toys and chairs for the beach. The electronics in the downstairs area were difficult to operate so we just left them alone and watched movies a couple nights on the huge TV. We never could figure out all the different remotes or the sound system, but we weren’t there to watch tv anyway! A small negative was when we were surprised by the visitors from the guest house on the property using the same beach access as the main house which required them to walk down the side of the house by windows. This wasn’t clear when we rented, but thankfully the guests were great and we got along. It certainly doesn’t affect my rating of the property. We had a great stay and would definitely rent it again if in the area.

We had an outstanding time. The property is exactly as described and is in wonderful condition. The setting is great. The hosts are wonderful folks that go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay! Communication was so easy! We look forward to coming back! It's a great place!

Nice stay

The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay! We saw sea turtles at night and dolphins during the day. The only thing we were not prepared for were the no see ums. Thankfully there was repellant at the house. The house has a lot books and information about the surrounding area that we found very useful! We had a great time.

Xmas 2022

My family of 9 had a great time. The owners were very easy to work with and provided many recreational options. Bikes, kayak, paddle board, beach chairs, and beach toys. Very unique property with short boardwalk through trees to the cabana and beach. The hot shower outside was also a great feature. Would stay again.

This house is beautiful. There were plenty of beach toys, linens and kitchen equipment to keep everyone happy. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We had no issues during our stay. The layout was great for our family as the older kids owned the downstairs area.

Beautiful beach home with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. House has many modern upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen. Kids were challenged with the number of remotes to get the electronics to work. Management very prompt to respond to questions.
