Enjoy the best of Kauai’s south shore. Nearby, you’ll find Old Koloa Town, The Shops at Kukui’ula, Poipu Shopping Village and most significantly, beautiful Poipu beaches. People love the weather patterns on the south shore. The average rainfall is notably less than the northern and eastern shores. This climate is perfect for outdoor recreation. There are also a few iconic surf breaks and snorkeling spots for the more adventurous. And at the end of the day, who doesn’t love fabulous restaurants, like Merriman’s, The Dolphin, and Tortilla Republic, all at the nearby Shops at Kukui’ula. Pizzetta and La Spezia also add some primo Italian choices in Koloa town.

Family Vacation to Kauai

Very nice cozy house - beach cottage that was nicely done. Full kitchen and outdoor patio with a grill made it very relaxing versus the hassle of finding a dinner reservation. In the garage was a washer and dryer plus beach gear. Great place!

Wonderful Cottage

The cottage is lovely and clean. It’s well stocked including sand toys and beach gear. The location is convenient and peaceful. It was really nice to be able to park in the garage. The access to Poipu beach club pool was an added bonus. I would absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful visit.

Lovely Stay in Po'ipu

We had a very nice stay at the farmhouse cottage. Everything we needed was available and it was the perfect size for our family. The beautiful beaches on this side of the island have a little bit of everything and are all within a short drive. We did some snorkeling, surfing, and boogie boarding. We also especially loved the club access with the terrific pool and on-site restaurant. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Kauai Farmhouse Cottage

My husband and I stayed for a week here - very nice place, well stocked and appointed. Check in was smooth and everything was as advertised. Very quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to Poipu beach. Lots of beach supplies and equipment on hand and in great shape. Highly recommend.

Nice cottage, great location and benefits

We like to stay in this neighborhood when we visit the south shore. It's quiet and serene, and we love going to the Athletic Club after golf for some ahi tacos and a dip in the pool. It's the main reason we booked here. Brandon is very nice, helpful, and communicative. The place is good too, it just needs a little love, in particular the couch isn't the one pictured, and is very uncomfortable. But the a/c is awesome and the kitchen and beds are great. Thank you!

We loved it!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked, there is plenty of beach equipment including chairs, umbrella and sand toys. The place was very clean upon arrival. Cute Cottage in a Quiet Neighborhood

This little house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for two people. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and patio grill because we ate in a lot and had our children and grandchildren over for dinners (they were staying at a resort nearby). This place is close to all the resorts and shops in Poipu, but is in a separate, more suburban-like neighborhood. That's exactly what we wanted. We could walk to the stores and beaches if we wanted, or take a 5 minute drive, yet we were off in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. The thing I appreciated most was the quick responses from the owner whenever I had questions. I like renting from VRBO, but you don't always get that. In this case there was always a prompt answer and quick fix. I definitely recommend this cottage.

This adorable cottage was perfect for my wife and I to honeymoon in while on Kauai. It’s charming, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy and communication with the owners was fast and effective. I would absolutely stay here again!

Peace and Quiet!!!

This cottage is lovely. It was a great place to "work from home" away from home. CLEAN, beautiful, charming, had everything we could have needed in the kitchen and for the beach (a two minute drive away - walkable). Check-in was a breeze. We appreciated all the attention to detail in the emails from the property manager. We'd love to come back and stay again!
