À quelques pas de Poipu et Plage Brennecke, ceci est un cottage d'origine de style colonial, rĂ©novĂ© et joliment amĂ©nagĂ©es. Il dispose d'une nouvelle cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoirs en granit, nouvelle salle de bain ainsi que d'une douche extĂ©rieure, deux chambres, vĂ©randa projetĂ©, et jardin paysager. Ses hauts plafonds, fenĂȘtres gĂ©antes aĂ©rĂ©es, amĂ©nagement de l'Ăźle et des ventilateurs de plafond tropicales dans chaque chambre vous donnent le sentiment de «paradis de la vieille."

La maison est dans un quartier en bord de mer de charme dans une rue calme. Promenez-vous sur la plage de Brennecke, célÚbre pour ses vagues parfaites boogie d'embarquement, ou Poipu Beach, qui, avec de l'eau plus calme et belle plongée en apnée, est toujours classé parmi les dix meilleures plages d'Hawaï. Tout Poipu a à offrir est une belle à pied soit sur le patrimoine de premiÚre instance ou de la Koloa Poipu Kai ceinture de verdure. Ceci est comprend les restaurants, le shopping, les pourvoyeurs d'aventure, des courts de tennis, aire de jeux, et, bien sûr, ces belles plages. This was our family's second time staying here -- we love the size of the home (just right for a family of 4!), the amazing proximity to swim-able beaches, and the breezy lanai! Pam responded quickly when I had a question. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Kauai!

My husband and I had a very relaxing time at Poipu beach cottage. The amenities were great and closeness to the beach was fantastic! We had one problem where we ran out of propane so we couldn’t cook on the range, but Pam was great about solving the problem immediately after contacting Brent. He got us up and going before the gas company could get out to replenish the propane the next day. Thank you both!All in all, a fantastic stay at this property with an old Hawaiian feel to the place.

Location! Location! Location! Charming house in ideal location: private but yet close to beach and other sights. As a VRBO property owner myself, I was impressed with the completeness of the kitchen. The lanai is a heart stealer! Definitely stay here again!!

Cutest cottage! Loved the kitchen, the screened Lanai and the bbq grill in the cozy/private back yard. We loved being within walking of the beach and restaurants.

What an amazing spot for our vacation! The location simply cannot be beat and the house is so lovely. Our host went above in beyond with communication and helping us with check in and check out. The house is decorated very thoughtfully with artwork and cool furnishings. We loved hanging out in the screened in porch area and the kitchen had pro chef gas stove and great appliances. We also loved coming back from the beach and heading straight to the outdoor shower in the backyard. We loved everything about the house and will hopefully stay again!

The cottage is in such a perfect location and the host really thinks of everything. I loved that hey have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and even snorkel equipment. I packed my own snorkel and mask bu the fins I could borrow were great! Great neighborhood for solo travelers too.

Relaxing getaway

Our stay was perfect. Walking distance to one of the best snorkeling and swimming beaches on all of Kaua’i. Open kitchen area and adorable sunroom for afternoon naps.

The host was amazing and the property was well stocked and maintained for the beach and other outdoor activities. We liked the cozy lanai and the overall aesthetic was so welcoming. The propane range was also a major plus as we do like to cook while on vacation. It’s important to ask ahead before purchasing beach items that are not necessary. The host was also gracious to provide a lengthy binder on nearby restaurants and gave some tips on fun activities around Koloa. A “local connection” was great to have as you can easily spend hours researching these things before your arrival. What an amazing experience! Will come back one day!

Short walk from beach and very comfortable house

We loved our stay here. It's only a few hundred meters from the beach, but down a very quiet residential road so you're out of the fray. The kitchen has what you need and the screened in porch is a great place to relax with fresh air out of the sun. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back.

Wonderful Cottage Stay!

This is an awesome property! It was very charming and in excellent condition, with plenty of space. The beach is a very short walk away. All the living/sleeping spaces were very comfortable, and the cottage was well-outfitted with everything we needed (kitchen, bath, beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, etc). Highly recommended!

We loved staying in this cottage! It is very cute and comfortable. We were grateful that there was a cart, chairs, and lots of amenities to take along to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

I'm originally from Ohio, live in Montana, and have two twenty-something boys. We love to travel, but we most enjoy settling into a spot and into its culture, instead of hopping from hotel to hotel. We visit my sister who lives on Kauai regularly, and when we found this beautiful Poipu plantation cottage, we couldn't resist.

We love the fact that this is a warm, comfortable home, without the commercial feel of hotels and condos. We love the great outdoor space at the cottage.....a sun porch for relaxing as well as a trellis-covered patio for dining, because after all, why do you visit Hawaii if not to be outdoors?
