We were taken by surprised when we needed to pay for parking by the beach in the front lot. Vacation rental needs to add this information to be prepared for additional charges by resort. the bedroom with the bunk bed. the bedspreads had dog hair on them when we arrived. We know this were not washed prior to our arrival.overall the rental was good and we would go back.Thank you.

Beachwalk 5128 is a lovely unit well taken care of and clean with a great view of the lake! The beds are comfortable and roomy furniture. My son loves the bunk bed alcove!!! We love being next door to the pool and right by the bridge to walk over to the road that leads to the beach. The Platinum crew is always attentive and responsive to any requests and questions we have. I can’t remember how many homes we have rented thru them over the years, but there is a great reason they are our go - to rental agency in the Destin area- they are the best!! Thank you for another great stay!! See y’all in October!

Really enjoyed the use of the two golf carts that made negotiating around the property very fun and easy. Yes - you are giving up beach views but the beach and bay are but a very short jaunt and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of our unit. It has very nice views of the lagoon and properties. I would stay here again.

Two golf carts

We enjoyed our stay it was nice to have 2 golf carts. But .. this would not be a good unit for older or handicapped persons as there at steep steps right inside the first door - these lead to the bedrooms and (again) are quite steep. Overall a good stay..close to area attractions.

Having two golf carts was great since we had family staying with us. We had no issues with this unit and will definitely be booking this one again.

We had a wonderful week as a family of 5 plus our dog( 13, 16 &16). There was plenty of space for all of us- the 2nd bedroom was perfect for the 3 kids with bunk beds and a full bed. The location is perfect as close to the pool(literally 2 mins or less!), views of the lake and the beach is a 10 min walk or quick golf cart ride away! Our kids were old enough to go out exploring on their own and also as a family with the 2 golf carts provided! The whole Sandestin area is accessible by golf cart or can get to the grocery store by car. We enjoyed daily walks over to Baytowne in the morning and in the golf carts in the evenings for the nightly entertainment! The beach is close by and beautiful anytime of the day! My husband and son golfed several times and loved the courses! There are outlet shops near by, which was fun when we had a rainy day! The only suggestions I can think of are providing beach towels and a few extras in the kitchen like a few more garbage bags and dishwasher packs. Having stayed in plenty of rented places, these little extras do go along way with a renter(again not a terrible negative but a nice touch!) Overall, we would definitely rent again here- the place was extremely clean, quiet and accessible to everything you need while on vacation! Highly recommend!

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

We loved this villa. The property was one of the cleanest we have stayed in in the area in quite some time. The area was very nice and we loved sitting on the patio. You can fish out back. The pool is so close which was a great treat as it is much nicer than the beachfront pool in our opinion. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. We also loved how the front has a small courtyard to drop all your beach things and rinse off before going in to the villa. Oh and the trash pick up daily right outside the villa was very convenient. Great villa!

Very clean, spacious in a quiet neighborhood but yet we were close to the pool and minutes from the beach. I was very impressed on how immaculate the pool and overall resort is! My biggest concern was the golf carts keeping a good charge, we use both carts all day long and they never failed us. We had absolutely everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here next year! Thank you Platinum Vacation staff making our vacation perfect!

Awesome townhouse. Great location and amenities.

This place is great! Clean, cold AC, golf carts were a great addition and location is amazing. Beach access was easy. You can literally park you car and never leave the resort. It has everything you need. The owners should be proud of this property! Will book again.
