Fun times are ahead when you stay at Tivoli 5245! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom single-story beach condo rental is the epitome of comfort and style in the heart of everything there is to love about life at Sandestin! Your rental comes with a four-seater golf cart making it easy to get from the condo to the Emerald Coast, to Baytowne Wharf, or to your tee time.
Tivoli 5245 boasts a wide-open floor plan with plenty of windows. Natural light flooding across the barn wood floors and soft gray furnishings and décor make for a peaceful ambiance. For even more relaxation, step out of the living area onto the screened-in back porch overlooking the golf course.
The condo sleeps six but has ample space for dining and entertaining. The circular dining table seats six. Thereâs space for a few more to park at the semi-hexagonal kitchen counter bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with white stone counter tops, stainless appliances, a coffee maker, tea kettle, and stacked washer and dryer tucked behind an enclosure.
The calm farmhouse chic motif continues in the master bedroom. A plush king size bed is the perfect place to rest after days of play. The master has a large flat screen TV as well. The en suite boasts a double vanity and a private full bath.
The second guest room has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and access to the condoâs second full bath. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations for parties of six.
Thereâs also an abundance of ways to entertain yourself! The Emerald Coast is just around the cornerâmere minutes away via golf cart. The private community pool is the perfect place for swimming laps or soaking up the sun when youâre not playing through on the Baytowne Golf Course (itâs hard not to play when itâs right outside your window!). The rest of the time will no doubt be spent shopping, dining, and playing at Baytowne Wharf.
At Tivoli 5245 everything you could possibly want to go, see, and do is at your fingertips! Youâll never want to leave!
