Summary:
Come stay in the heart of it all in Park City at this 4BR/5.5BA, 3200 square foot home custom designed by nationally renowned local design firm Barclay Butera. The Park Avenue Retreat is only steps to Main Street and Town Lift, and features high-end finishes, a private hot tub, and plenty of space for the whole family!

The Space:
Start off your day with breakfast in the gourmet kitchen, then take the short walk (<1 minute) to Town Lift for a day on the mountain.

Ski home via the Town Lift runs and hop in the hot tub for a soak, before getting ready for dinner and a night out on Main Street, only one block away.

With 2 living areas, there's plenty of room to stay in for a movie or game night as well.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

This property has it all! Great location one street behind Main Street. Upscale finishes inside. Plenty of rooms and separate living areas for large groups. Heated floors were awesome! Would definitely stay again!

Feb Ski Week

Location and layout of this property is superb - easy to Town lift and Main street. Super valuable to have a garage/parking in town. Kitchen had many supplies - but missing some basics. Quality appliances - but had to be careful with dishwasher as wasn't properly installed IMHO. Hot Tub worked great.

Uptown In Town

This property is as luxurious and well appointed as it looks in the photos. We had a great time and were all very comfortable staying here. If you want to be in town, the location cannot be beat. There were a lot of skiers in our group and they had easy access to the town lift. The house does not have a designated area for ski gear, but you can use the garage and entry area cabinets. There was a lot of snow and frigid temperatures during our stay but the house is super warm - the heated floors and heated driveway were a bonus and very appreciated! Also the management responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Beautiful, Modern, Perfect Location, All Amenities

Absolutely loved it! Being an owner of a property that's rented on VRBO, we appreciate the attention to detail. This home has everything you need for a terrific stay! Clean, modern look with nothing left to desire. The check-in and check-out info was simple, and the other information that was given on almost everything you can do or need in Park City was also provided. I have stayed in Park City many times and even I learned some helpful information! The location couldn't be better, just off Main Street, walk to Town Lift during ski season, and never have to use a car! Well done and we will be back very soon!

Wonderful location!!

Our two families (4 adults and 6 children) were thrilled with the choice of this house for our summer stay in Park City. Very convenient to Main Street and the in-town lift, and the home had a great combo of luxury, a spacious layout, and 1st class amenities. We highly recommend this property!
