Seaspray Condos - 102A

Two Queen beds, one being a DP (Deep Pocket), in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allow the unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, outdoor grill, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog or cat is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)

So happy to hear. Seaspray is a great family vacation. We have shuffleboard, cornhole, horseshoes and volleyball at the beach. We provide 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella at the beach daily set up. Our pool is one of the largest on Okaloosa Island. We have hot saunas in the gym and coin operated laundry. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions.

Best place for a family vacation!

Seaspray made for the perfect relaxing family vacation. The condo was clean, the pool was great, the short walk to the beach and playground were exactly what we wanted and we never got bored and the kids absolutely loved it as well. It was always quiet and the staff were nice and friendly. We never had any problems with anything and can't wait to come back and stay again!

We are so happy that you had a wonderful vacation here. We do provide 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach with your reservation. Our pool is the largest on Okaloosa Island. We are within walking distance to restaurants and shops and just 5.5 miles west of Destin. We have a playground area for children to play and grassy courtyard to run and play in. Thank you for vacationing here at Seaspray Ft. Walton Beach.

Family Vacay

Overall stay was nice minus being restricted to temperature of 70 degrees. That should have def been on the location info. You can go to any hotel and control the temp in which you stay. Not this place. Not only does the thermostat have a note to keep on 70 degrees because whomever made that decision feels that its adequate, it is also contollee to not go below that. Excuse me if my family and myself were not comfortable the whole time because someone thought they knew best. Also the stay came with a roll and a half of toilet paper and thats all you get. They charge 3.75 for a small.bag of ice and the laundry facility is priced too high for the size of the machines. The perks were is was close to the beach. Def not a two minute walk. Pool was like a hot tub. Faciltity was nice, beach chairs and umbrella was appreciated. Plenty of cookware. Also appreciated the ceiling and floor fan, however it was still hot. Bathroom has no ventilation so hope you mind showering with the door open. Not sure that i would stay here again. Woukd have been more comfortable in a nice hotel

Mandy, We do have maintenance on staff. If there is an issue in the condo. They will address that day. I am sorry but no one called or mentioned on a survey about the AC. I have had the sticker removed. Your comfort is what we desire. If we don't know, we can't help you. The prices on ice and laundry we have no control on. Prices have gone up everywhere. We do email all our guests in our code of conduct & house rules "Please bring your own beach towels, toiletries, dishwasher detergent, dish hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, large kitchen trash bags, coffee basket-style coffee filters." The pool water temp this time of year is controlled by Mother Nature. It has been in the high 90's. We are located right on the beach of Okaloosa Island. It takes the average person less than 2 min to walk through the courtyard to the beach. We do provide 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella with every guest reservation. We are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. Guests have a lovely time here and return year after year.

We are thrilled that you had a wonderful vacation and were happy that you enjoyed the facilities. We do provide late arrival information to all our guests, so no matter what time you arrive you are able to access the condo and then check in the next morning. We provide 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach during your stay. You may enjoy our pool which is the largest on Okaloosa Island and we are within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We are a very family friendly association.
