*This condo is a smoke free condo. No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.
*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart after housekeeping has a chance to inspect the unit.
***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase The Cancel for Any Reason Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

Amazing Beach Condo

We had a wonderful time. This is our fifth time staying at Destin West and this condo by far is the best. We will definitely be running again. Great follow up from the owners and wonderful communication.

My stay was wonderful! Located right on the lazy river made it so relaxing and convenient, and we loved the easy beach access. The condo was beautifully decorated, everything felt new, and the fireplace added such a cozy, relaxing ambiance in the evenings. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic condo!

We had such a great time at this condo! The amenities are so clean and well thought out. The location is perfect and so convenient with the lazy river right outside the back door. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs and questions.

Loved the quick pool access!

The condo was well decorated and kept. Very clean, lots of storage to put all of your things. The quick pool access was amazing for kids who are always wanting to swim. Also the beach access was just a brisk walk away. A great location with lots to do around every corner!

The condo was excellent! Beautiful decor and well equipped kitchen. The teens loved the bunk beds! Excellent proximity next to lazy river. Outdoor grilling area was a plus! The resort location was amazing within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. Communication with host was smooth and easy to contact. Host went above and beyond to communicate details to make our trip run smoothly and most enjoyable! I definitely would recommend staying here.

Amazing Condo and Amenities

We enjoyed our stay at “Fantasea” SO much!! The condo was beautiful and comfortable! Just as described! We loved the location, with the lazy river at our back porch and then the beach just a short walk away! We would definitely come back here again, and can’t wait to check out their other rentals for our future trips! Thanks again!

Rebekah is an excellent host. Great communication. Her place is decorated beautifully. Has everything for a family (we have 2 adults & 2 teens) to function like at home. This is our 2nd time at Destin West, but I must say this unit was nicer than the one we stayed in last year and the beach service during the timeframe we stayed was the cherry on the sundae.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo with all the extras! Condo had everything you could need plus more from the well stocked kitchen to the adorable hooks on the walls. Being able to walk out to the lazy river was a plus! Host sent all the information needed for a great stay! This was our first time staying at Destin West and plan to return. We will definitely check out your other properties as well. Thank you for an amazing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Destin West! The condo was great and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, pools, and lazy river.What really stood out was how wonderful Rebekah was to work with. With the hurricane concerns leading up to our trip, she went above and beyond to keep us informed and updated on the property and amenities. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we really appreciated it.We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property and Rebekah as a host!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Rebekah was very responsive, communicative & has created an amazing condo. The condo has everything you need in the best location. All of our lives we have vacationed along the Gulf Coast because of it’s close proximity to Louisiana and the beautiful white sandy beaches. I also own and operate a Real Estate Brokerage in Louisiana McGeeScott Realty and my husband Sean is a General Contractor. We have accumulated several rental homes over the years and thought it would be fun to venture out to Vacation Rentals. We have always taken pride in our rent homes, going above and beyond to assure they are maintained and in pristine condition. We began purchasing beach condos in Gulf Shores Alabama in 2018. This is our first Vacation Rental on Okaloosa Island but our 9th Vacation Rental to Date! We strive to offer the same level of quality and Southern hospitality to all of our guests!
