Location Location Location! This is a private gated community of 4 houses located exactly between Manuel Antonio national park and the town of Quepos. It is 3-4 minutes to either. It is on top of a nice sized hill and there are several ocean views on the property. There is a public bus stop across the street that can bring you to the Manuel Antonio national park and beach cheaply if you don't want to drive, and there are tons of coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance!

Loved every minute of this place!

The host was amazing, so helpful with check in, recommendations & accommodating our group.The location is perfect, close to everything. Our place was roomy for our family of 4 & had everything we needed. The grounds and pool are beautiful too!

This is a beautiful complex and unit. It looks great in the pictures but is nicer in person. The pool was really nice!

Nice quiet place in great location

We stayed here for the duration of our trip. 6 nights total. Jose and all of the staff was great and very accommodating. We had the pool to ourselves everyday and it’s within walking distance to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the staff went above and beyond to help answer our questions and provide recommendations. The house is clean and comfortable for two people. Plenty of space to lay out and relax after a day of exploring.

Affordable Getaway in Walkable Area

The property is in a great location and is walkable to most shops and restaurants in the area. We used the larger pool several days during our stay and had the entire pool to ourselves and were able to see some MacCaws in a nearby tree. The property does have a mini split for A/C in the bedroom but not in the main living areas, this can be fixed by leaving the doorway open to the other living spaces. Overall. The host was great and promptly answered when there were any questions regarding our stay.

Great Location and Owner and Service

I changed another reservation but stayed with these owners as the communication was awesome, they were nice, hospitable and helpful beyond what could be expected. I would book with the owners again. I would only rebook this site if it was just a couple of of us. It was 4 for this trip. The shared space has the two beds, kids said was uncomfortable but i didn't test it out, there was no seating besides those beds or kitchen table which shares space There is no counter space in bathroom and if your a female or a mom traveling with two daughters, this was frustrating. I slept in big bed, on the right side i sunk into mattress, I had to be precise on laying in the middle or was uncomfortable AC only in big room, the rest was stuffy and warm but the large fans did help with this. Overall, I would stay here again but not if traveling with more than a couple of us and definitely not with my kids. The area is nice, the security and housemaids amazing, well maintained, great location and the owners amazing! If you can get past the minor discomforts, this was a great place Andres is the man!!!

Jordan was an excellent host. From when he contacted us 24 hrs prior, he answered every question quickly and efficiently resulting in a seamless check in. The toaster didn’t work and he arranged for a new one right away. There’s no ocean view from the suite but the lush vegetation, hammock and plunge pool make a great alternative. It’s a 30 second walk to the beautiful pool with an amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. A troop of about 12 Capuchin monkeys took their time working their way through the property delighting us with their antics while we were at the pool.

Everything about this location was outstanding—the service/host/staff, cleanliness, security, amenities, location were all we could have wanted. Kids played in both pools, and often had the larger one to ourselves. We could walk to delicious restaurants, small grocery stores, etc. It was great to have a separate bedroom and well appointed kitchen BBQ delightful front porch and hammock. AC was great to have and helped keep the whole place a bit cooler than outside temps. Close to Manuel Antonio and various gorgeous beaches (though all were driving distance). Highly recommend!
