Furniture could have been more comfortable.Appliances desperately needed replaced.Sliding glass door was difficult to slide and was filthy.Difficult to figure out hot water on fixtures in Master Bath and Kitchen. Possibly hooked up backwards?Overall, the property had great access to beach, but the unit could have been more inviting and comfortable for this price point.The property amenities (pool, parking, elevator, common areas) were great, but unit needs lots of TLC.We were braced to not say anything, because we are not complainers, but since you ask

Breathtaking views!

Property was great. It did take 2 runs of hot water to fill the jetted tub & we couldnt get the sliding glass door to open in the bedroom. Other than that everythinv was perfect. The view, distance to the water, cleanliness & everything we needed to have a meal there. We will be back!

Wonderful property

The property was fantastic and the views were amazing. It was easy to access and there was plenty of parking! It was close to places to eat and shop for groceries as well. The bathrooms and bedrooms are well suited for teenagers and adults. It was also easy to take the elevator down to walk to the pools or beach !

The condo was very clean but needs a major overhaul

We loved staying at The Pearl. Our condo was clean but prior guests have really been hard on this place. It needs an overhaul and the kitchen needs to be restocked. Overall though we were very happy.

Low Tech Bright Sun

When you have a wall of windows facing the water, it is a stunning view, but when that wall of windows has no curtains, the blazing sunshine first thing in the morning is not what you want to see on vacation. Especially when you like to sleep in. Even closing the bedroom door wasn't enough, plus the bedroom gets too warm with the door closed. We have been coming to Navarre for over 25 years and we have never stayed in a condo without window coverings in the living room. The lack of window coverings also makes the TV in the living room unwatchable during the morning hours because of all the glare on the screen. The main TV in the living room is not a smart TV, so it was not connected to any streaming devices. We did go rent a DVD only to find out that the door on the DVD player is stuck closed, rendering it unusable. The owner of this condo puts no effort into making it a place anyone would rent for a second time.

Pure Enjoyment

This place was amazing. Beautiful view of the ocean. The property is very well kept. Our truck was hit the first night we were parked in the lot and the staff went through all videos and sent us a clip so we would have it for our insurance. Everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely try and book this room again.

Unhappy and Unsafe

On Saturday our check in day we were informed that they were running behind to get the condo cleaned , I said that was fine , no big deal . The second day I requested a few more towels and was told we had enough towels , and they wouldn’t give us any more and went round and round with them and still they wouldn’t give us more . Which is BS for what that condo rents for . 3rd day we go to take out the trash and the trash can is Nasty underneath with caked on Yuck and the silverware, you had to inspect it before you could use it , so I ended up hand washing all of it and also the container that it stays in . On Thursday we had a random man use our Door Code to let himself in with and he says , o this is the 2nd time this week that I’ve done this . So Scary! The Pearl Never Not Once even offered to look at Security Footage. I called them and I had to tell them to change Our Code Immediately! They had No Explanation how in the Heck that this could Happen ! I Believe We should be get some of our Money back for the lack of Not being Very Clean , Old appliances that are way over due to be updated , and Especially for Safety Measures ! We will Never stay with this Company Again ! The Worst VRBO that we have Ever stayed in and the Highest Rate of ALL! Very Very Disappointmented!

Desperately Needs Updating & Cleanliness Check

This entire condo, while safe & quiet, is lost in the 90’s. My first issue (which I did not report then) was fridge (I took pics). Started to put away groceries for just me; found human HAIR in freezer drawer!! Fridge was so old didn’t have ice/water on door, so I didn’t use ice maker after that discovery. I’ve paid MUCH less & gotten MUCH more! VERY disappointed!!

The view was amazing

Condo was clean and comfortable. It was an easy check in check out process. We loved the pool and hot tub. The view from the balcony was amazing. Close to pier and the beach was clean and uncrowded. The pool and hot tub were a nice plus. All the full time residents in the building were very helpful! Overall loved it!
