It is a great house. Great location very close to the beach. The house had all you would need for your vacation. Would definitely reccomend and stay again.

Great place!

Everything as expected. Clean and tidy condo with short walk to beach access. Quiet and well located property. We very much enjoyed our stay and have booked another in this condo. I would recommend.

Easy family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and thought condo was well equipped for our needs. The colony reef complex is fantastic and gives us lots of easy options with the kids, as well as being in quick range of so many other activities and amenities in the St. Augustine Beach, while also being just set apart for privacy. We love that the property overall has much green space and isn’t just condos and concrete.

St Augustine Vacay

We had a Great Stay! Our Condo was great, very liveable, short distance to beach, pools were very clean (nice temperature), tennis court was great! The Colony Reef people were awesome! We really enjoyed our stay, however I wish I would have brought a beach hat! St Augustine sun was hot. Overall we had a Great stay! :)

Nice location

This property is at the back of Colony Reef and a bit smaller than most other condos in this neighborhood, but it was sufficient for our family. We had a problem with door code upon arrival after hours and the answering service quickly resolved it. Ample towels/supplies were provided, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed.

Good Location

The location was very good, but far from the downtown, the building has many amenities, the apartment was nice, however, it was extremely dirty. All the plates and silverware had to be rewashed, that's definitely not good for vacation time.

great place for a family vacation

Just like my title said, this was a great place for my family vacation (5 people, all adults 40+). We spent a few days exploring St Augustine, taking tours and relaxing on the beach. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do without being right in the middle of the touristy spot chao. The neighbors were quiet, the beach just a slightly long but pretty walk away, there was a balcony over-looking the small pond and fountain was a great space to sit and relax, and the indoor Heated saltwater pool was an unexpected plus on our one rainy day. Communication with the host reality company was clear, helpful, and fast. The onsite check-in was the same and they offered great info on local things to do and places to see. There were a lot of stairs, it’s a 2nd floor apartment and then with another floor in the apartment to the bedrooms. This was expected from the descriptions but just something to take into consideration if you have people who have trouble with stairs. The beds were comfortable (even the smaller beds which was great cause that’s where I was) So over all the place was comfortable, the price was right, the location was good for us, and the host/reality company I’m likely to use again because they were so good with communication and helpful while we were there.

Great rental for small groups

My husband and I rented this property and had so much space to ourselves. There’s definitely plenty of room for 2 couples or a small family to stay. Everyone has plenty of room to spread out. The rental was very clean and was as pictured. It is a small walk to the beach but worth it to not be in the middle of everything closer to the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, but picky residents

Overall this place was great to stay. Great location for the price. The only thing is when we came back from the beach a resident left a rules paper on the door. I found this out by going to the front office & they said that the person who left that had some problems with previous vacationers. I still think that was rude, but other than that it was great.

Just what we needed

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Having the extra bed in that weird room off the kitchen was perfect since nobody had to sleep on the couch. The walk to the beach was easy and took less than 5 minutes. It was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We didn't use the indoor pool but it was nice to have there if the weather had been cold. The property managers responded quickly to every question and even called to let us know it was ready early if we wanted to check in before 4. Sure it could use some paint and flooring but it is priced accordingly and didn't bother us one bit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location.

We are a family of 4 with two children ages 8 and 11. The two bedroom space with dining area and kitchen was excellent. We were able easily cook many of our meals. The proximity to the beach was great. The only reason I could not give five stars was that the upholstered furniture was very worn and tired
..make that uncomfortable. The bedroom mattresses were in the same condition
..very worn and not very comfortable. The kitchen faucet worked but was finicky to turn on and off. While we were very happy, there were just a few creature comforts that would have made this a no brainer five star review.
