Ce condo entiÚrement rénové au 4Úme étage offre une belle vue sur l'océan à travers la cour et juste au-delà de notre piscine en bord de mer. Vous pouvez vous détendre sur le balcon spacieux et écouter les vagues de l'océan. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre des maßtres et une promenade dans la salle de bain principale. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un lit double et d'un lit de repos avec baignoire / douche dans la salle de bain. La troisiÚme chambre est le "Crow's Nest" qui dort deux dans des lits superposés jumelés. Il y a également un berceau portable dans ce condo pour le plus jeune membre de votre famille. Ce condo familial comprend Wi-Fi, des jeux et des films afin que les familles puissent avoir du temps de qualité à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la piscine ou de la plage.

Wonderful vacation condo.

We stayed here for spring break with our family, including children. The place is spacious and very well equipped. The view of the ocean is wonderful and there are great activities, including a playground. The beach is wonderful sand and has seashells too. We are picky vacationers and we think you'll love it!

Great Beach Condo

Nice condo with great beach! Condo was clean, well appointed and included a closet full of beach toys and boogie boards. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pots and pans which made cooking easy. Great pool area and the boardwalk out to the beach was very nice. The beach here is wide and the white sugar sand is amazing. Close to restaurants and activities it is a great place to stay.

The facility is great with an awesome pool and courtyard area. Beach access was nice but there are steps which makes pulling a beach cart a bit tough. With that being said we would stay here again.

Good Condo not my favorite

to start with the positive- it was beautiful, clean, great location, easy access to the beach! negative-for the price I would expect to have enough supplies to get me through the entire trip not just a couple of days (toilet paper, trash bags) some simple body wash and shampoo and this place doesn't offer that. We are on vacation what would do with the extra supplies WE buy-we have to leave them. We use VRBO often and this is only the second time I have come across a place only providing supplies for the first couple of days, it will be something I will pay more attention to in the future. The beds were super comfy, and we did leave behind some fun beach supplies for the kids including two toddler life jackets for others to enjoy.

Great Family Holiday Trip

Our family rented this condo so that we could spend New Year's together. We had originally tried to find a place in downtown St. Augustine, but I was so glad we couldn't! Our condo at Colony Reef was perfect! We enjoyed our view of the water, walking on the beach each morning, and even the hot tub! We were still close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the sights. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable! Plenty of seating for the 6 of us, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We needed more towels and baking sheets, but the office had both readily available. Check in and check out was very easy. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be some games and maybe some staples like Saran wrap/foil etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo!

clean up after your stay

a guest is told to empty refrig., strip beds, take out trash . basically an hour of work for over 60. i wasnt given extra time for this. many rules to follow and you MUST read all of them because they will charge for an additional day or possibly jailed it All rules are not followed. The rules are NOT listed in an easy to see location in the room. They are in your Welcome packet when you arrive. I hated that the rules were demanding and not friendly AT ALL i paid a cleaning fee when renting the room. Cleaning people need to clean or be replaced. we will not be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, the beach and the overall property itself. The condo itself is in need of upgrading. The beds, especially the master were in bad shape. It seemed like the mattress in the master had a bandaid added to try and fix, but it made it worse. The fitted sheet did not fit, and the foam topper was like sleeping in apple sauce. Had to move a mattress from the top bunk to replace the mattress on day bed so my daughter could sleep there. I would recommend the complex, but not this unit until updates are completed.

Called & it couldn’t be fixed until Monday (we left Saturday). We had 2 small kids that crawled around, the carpets could use a shampoo & the floors need mopped & the master bedroom has dust on the picture behind the bed that caused some sinus issues. We love the balcony, the pools, the beach area! We’ll be back.
