Located in the beautifully maintained Marigot Beach Condominium, guests enjoy access to a fully renovated heated indoor pool, hot tub, spacious oceanfront sundeck, multiple elevators, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable living space designed for relaxation. The living room features beautiful coastal décor, a TV, an electric fireplace console (non-heated) for added evening ambiance, and a queen sleeper sofa positioned to take advantage of the spectacular ocean views. Beautiful laminate flooring throughout the living room and bedroom adds warmth and style, while central air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi ensure a comfortable stay.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, ample workspace, bar counter seating, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four and is perfect for enjoying breakfast before heading to the beach. The kitchen and dining area feature attractive tile flooring, creating a bright and inviting space for gathering and dining.

The bedroom includes a TV, a private half bath, and even offers views of the bay. The main bathroom was remodeled in Spring 2025 and features a brand-new shower/tub combination with a luxurious rainfall showerhead. For added convenience, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Conveniently located in North Ocean City, you're just minutes from Northside Park, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, playgrounds, tennis courts, and a library directly across the street.

Our third stay at this property was better than ever. The host was amazing and the condo was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had a fantastic time and couldn't be happier with our stay. The whole complex is well-maintained and conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, and activities. We had some awesome days at the beautiful beach which was never overcrowded. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching the ocean in the evenings and again in the mornings for picture-perfect sunrises. We highly recommend staying at this property and would definitely enjoy a return visit!
