Introducing our #CozyBluffs home in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard! Designed by local Architect Chuck Sullivan and built in 2013 #CozyBluffs is nestled in a quaint, historic Oak Bluffs residential neighborhood and #CozyBluffs is walking distance to Circuit Ave, Hi-Speed and Auto Ferry and town beach!

This 755 Sq Ft split level standalone house has one large bedroom with a custom Saatva Cal King bed, ensuite bath and balcony. There is a flex space loft with reading niche, desk/work area so you can work and play! The first floor features an open concept living, kitchen and dining areas & a 1/2 bath. There is a full basement accessed from the living room with washer/dryer/drying rack/iron and ironing board.

Private and enclosed outdoor area includes an expansive private backyard with BBQ, dining and seating areas, and outdoor shower. There is a parking area in front of the house. #CozyBluffs is located only .5 miles from Circuit Avenue, Jetties Beach and the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal. Enjoy the quintessential mix of modern luxury with an Oak Bluffs vibe that is #CozyBluffs!

Perfect getaway

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Cozy Bluffs and we can’t recommend it more highly. Fran and Susan have everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location can’t be beat. We can’t wait to stay again next summer!

Amazing home, we LOVED it!!!

We loved the house, it is amazing!!! The location, cleanliness, amenities, everything you need is easily accessible and well maintained, the house is just perfect. It is close to everything yet super quiet and private. The furnishings are new, beautiful & so comfortable, can’t say enough nice things about this place. Fran was the best host, she is so nice & so easy to communicate with. We had the BEST time, Highly recommend!!

Amazing Home!

We loved everything! The bed is so comfortable. All the linens are high end hotel quality. The kitchen has nice wine glasses, sharp knives, high quality appliances, etc. everything was perfect. Loved having coffee on the deck each morning. Short walk to Oak Bluffs. Lovely walk to watch the sunset at the East Chop lighthouse. Such a nice place!

Perfect Stay in Oak Bluffs

If you are looking for perfect 
. This is it!!! Amazing small home within walking distance of all to see and do in Marthas Vineyard. Everything in this home is top of the line and well thought out by the owners. Excellent communication- easy check in and out. The backyard and lighting is a private comfortable spot to enjoy every morning and evening. This home is not large but the space is laid out expertly for an amazing couples getaway. Bed comfortable and home fully stocked. Just book this - Pack your bags, hop on the ferry and enjoy your island getaway!!!

Perfect stay at Cozy Bluffs

Beautifully designed and appointed home! We were extremely happy and comfortable staying at Cozy Bluffs, our home away from home. Incredible private outdoor space to relax with a morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail! The property was in a beautiful neighborhood in a convenient location, very close to the Marina and town. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Martha’s Vineyard.

Absolutely magnificent!

The house is perfect! Fran and Susan did a wonderful job with the layout and design of the house. A beautiful cape exterior with a modern and clean interior. The house had everything you need to jumpstart your relaxing vacation! It is walking distance to all the shops in Oak Bluffs. You will not regret your stay at thia Cozy Bluffs residence at all!!!

Amazing getaway

I would highly recommend staying here. The place is beautiful and close to everything in Oak Bluffs. We didn't even need to use a car. The property is very clean and updated. Hoping to go back again sometime!
