PARADISE begins here in this spacious 4 story duplex with private elevator. Accommodation for your entire stay with spacious 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Master bathroom provides a jet tub, a standing shower with private toilet and double sinks. The top roof floor plays a key entertaining role with a bonus room with two twin beds; its own bar/sink/refrigerator; a full bathroom and a desk facing the amazing gulf views and sunsets from the patio.
Cook and dine in the completely furnished kitchen with the open concept to the spacious dining and family room. A half bathroom is conveniently located as you enter the kitchen area. On the other side of the bathroom is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and your beach towels.
You have the option to enjoy your meals in the dining room or the outdoor balcony off the kitchen and family room. Only one block walk to the famous Siesta Key Beach and two blocks to the highly entertaining Village.
Generous Sized Rooftop Deck is the ideal venue for Sunbathing and Viewing Incredible Sunsets with your favorite frozen cocktail. Summer Vacation at Paradise

We spent 5 days at this house and our stay was amazing. We were a group of 8. The house is beautiful and 4 minutes walking to the beach. It is very well equipped with every thing you need to cook and enjoy your days there. Randy and Kim are available and response to you almost immediately if you need them. We will be back for sure. Siesta beach is the #1 beach in USA.

Spring Break 2025

Had a great stay for 4 nights. Place was spacious and very clean. Check-in was easy and instructions in the house were well posted. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for our party of 8. The location was very close to beach access 7 and restaurant row/shopping within a 10min walk. Pool was on the smaller side but had plenty of room for seating. Beds on the 3rd floor that are listed as futons are actually day beds that don't fold. I would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key

Once we got in the townhome all went well. The Host was very attentive to things that needed fix. The place is lovely and we would stay there again.

This home was perfect for our family during a destination, wedding trip! The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to the market down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations! Worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Very convenient walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach and easy walk to fun bars and good restaurants.

Sisters trip long weekend. Around the corner from the beach. Nice clean pool. The house was very clean. So much space and beautiful setup. There was enough towels, beach towels, place settings, and beach chairs for everyone... if I come back I would definitely stay again

Good Location

Enjoyed the property, the owners were very easy to work with and have all the extras that if you fly in are very helpful. From beach chairs, pool floats , Bikes and hair dryer and shampoo. All very helpful. If I had to pick anything bad it would just be that the 3 rd floor is a lot warmer than the rest of the house but it was in mid 90s all week for us. And my kids didn’t complain. We loved the distance to everything all areas where walkable.

Siesta Key - first time trip

Thank you Kim and Randy for the great home in Siesta Key! The house was clean and stocked with plenty of supplies for the beach! We loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings. The pool was perfect! Short walk to the village shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back to your home.

Perfect Spring Break with Family and Friends!

This property was absolutely perfect. Perfect location, beautiful, clean, with so much to offer. Our teens LOVED the loft. The pics make living room look small but it is much larger than it looks and there was plenty of room to gather each morning to have coffee and plan out day. Would love to return again!

Girls birthday getaway

We could not have asked for a better location. Short walk to both the beach and the village (also includes a pool). They have all the beach necessities chairs, cooler, wagons, umbrella, etc. The owners knew we were all celebrating a milestone birthday this year and left us champagne with birthday glasses, very sweet. The few questions we had, we received quick responses. Would definitely stay again.

Best Ever

We had the best time here Siesta Key Village. The house was in the perfection location to the beach and the Village. The manager always answered all text immediately (we didn’t have any troubles in the house just a few questions about things). The house was able to fit 6 adults and 2 kids under 2 perfectly. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house it was a pleasure and we will be back.

Siesta Key

The townhouse was in a wonderful area and all of us had plenty of room to have our personal spaces. Garage was huge. I have only one complaint and that was there is no outside hose to wash off sand. It was hard to comply with no sand in the house when you can’t wash it off! But the owner said they would be fine and the cleaners would take care of it. Very nice and huge townhome with all the amenities. Even came with a new coffee pot STAT when ours wasn’t working correctly.

Great Location close to Siesta Key Beach Access 9 & The Village!

The Property was clean, well-appointed & the Owners were prompt in answering any questions we had, prior to & after arrival. It was a great Location! Close to Siesta Key Public Beach Access 9 & also The Village! We rented Bikes, but the Unit also had 4 they provided along w anything you can think of that you'd need at the Beach....which comes in handy when you are flying vs driving! They also allowed us to check in early, which was great since we landed early afternoon. We would definitely rent this Property again....we had 7 people & it accommodated us all perfectly!
