It has a fully remodelled bath with a beautiful tile shower stall and vanity, upgraded kitchen and tasteful furnishings. First condo from the elevator for quick easy access to getting your toes in the sand. The angle on the balcony gives you a full view of the ocean. The complex features the biggest pool on the island with a fabulous view of the ocean. Hilton Head Island is a beach paradise, you will never run out of things to do. Amazing food, great weather all year round with all the comforts of home that will make your stay a memorable trip. This condo is ideal whether you plan to stay a week or a month or even longer. It is perfect for both adults and children. The resort has picnic areas, a grand playground for the kids, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and racketball. There is two onsite restaurants, a poolside bar as well as an ice cream bar for all to enjoy!! Enjoy sunrise with a coffee or sunset with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Or you can cozy up on the sofa to watch a movie on your flat screen smart TV in the living room.

Guest & Rental Gate Passes will be picked up at the Front Desk. There will be a Gate Pass Pick Up area to the right side of the Front Desk for guests. Guests should park their vehicles in the Convention Center Parking lot and come in the front lobby area to pick up their passes. Passes can be picked up daily. When the Front Desk closes for the evening guests will pick up their pass at the Security Gate

- Boat and trailer parking is also available.

Great stay
Location is great, the parking lot connects to the boardwalk for beach access. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the tennis courts/pickleball from the front. The owner was very friendly and stayed in contact as well as listed their favorite places to eat. The only drawback is the pullout couch. It's not comfy at all and the mattress is pretty much shot on it. Since it was myself, my wife, and son whos a toddler. My wife and I swapped nights with sleeping with him in the bed while the other slept on the couch. Overall we had a great time and would recommend staying here. Thanks again.

Worked out great for our last minute stay on Hilton Head Island
We booked this condo very last minute right at the beginning of spring break as other plans we had fell through. The balcony has an ocean view looking over the pool area. The surrounding property has two separate pools and lots of other amenities. .The laundry is in the main check-in location but that was not an issue for us as we weren't staying long enough to need it much. We did have issues on checking in where the frond desk didn't have our gate/parking pass in their system but a quick call to the hosts resolved that in a minute or two as the owners were very responsive and freindly.

Cute but tired.
Older condo complex. Grounds were well maintained. Condos are quite small. To say they sleep 5 is really pushing it. It was fine for a couple. Our condo could really use some upkeep. Box springs and mattress need replacing. (Not just a topper). Sleeper sofa mattress and mattress cover were as old as the condo. The countertops and floors were clean, but the vents and filters were filthy. Some of the utinsils were not very clean. The off season rental price was in line with the condition of the space. I have no idea what all the service fees cover... Renters must clean, wash dishes, strip the beds, and take the trash. Location washers and dryers are expensive at $3.00/wash and $3.00/dry. To add insult, renters must purchase an electronic card for an additional $3.00 to add funds for use of the w/d. A nice touch would be for the owner to have a card available in the condo. We left the place better than we found it.
