Free WiFi with many streaming options available. Free beach shuttle offered with lots of dining and shopping within walking distance. Newly renovated, pet and smoke free. Located in a diverse working class community with working class residents. Beautiful pool on site for use April - Sept.

Not very clean. When we first arrived, the actual apartments were not nice and there was a lot of screaming going on. There was hair and sand still in the tub when we arrived. One of the cup lids were covered in an oil film. The owners seem nice from the one message we received from them. We left a day early. It is a good price if you want a cheap vacation but I would rather pay for a hotel. The pool and tennis court were very run down and not very usable.

This was the perfect place for my spouse and me to stay while visiting with family and friends in the HHI/Bluffton area! Exceptionally clean, great water pressure, and terrific location! We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great overall!!

The unit itself is great!!! It has everything you need and the location was PERFECT for the wedding attended. I had some challenges with the keypad, but the owner was responsive and very helpful. The keypad just above the door handle is touch activated and a black until you touch it. The manual lockbox is not needed. Upon arrival, the unit is directly in front of you as you pull in. It took me a few minutes to find the correct building and unit. Some aspect of the complex look a bit run down which felt a little questionable initially, but I didnt have any issues there and felt more comfortable once I got my bearings. If I ever find myself in Hilton Head again, I would definitely rebook this unit.

Perfect Beach Condo

We had a great long weekend at this condo! A short ten minute walk to the beach or a free shuttle ride, it was the perfect location. The condo was just as the listing described and the host was great with communicating!

Great for the two of us!

Our stay was perfect for the two of us! We spent most of our time out and about and this place was very conveniently located to get to a lot of places easily! Communication with our host was top notch, it was clean, and had all the amenities that we needed! The only thing we ran into was that the pool was not in great condition so we couldn’t use it, but the beach is nearby so we didn’t mind all that much :)

Great for an affordable beach trip

We enjoyed staying at the studio apartment. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed (pots, pans, coffee maker with a few K-cups, condiments, plates, silverware, etc.). There is a TV with multiple streaming service options (but not the local TV stations). Host was accommodating and responsive to messages. Thank you, would stay here again!

Clean, quaint location

Had a wonderful stay for a few nights during a conference. The accommodations were simple yet well-equipped, featuring a stocked kitchen and bathroom, and everything was very clean. Coligny house

House was perfect for what we needed very clean people around the house were nice and couldn’t get over how close everything was from the house. Everything was about 10 min from harbor town like 2 min for coligny plaza and 3 min from the beach with free beach parking was amazing

We live in middle Georgia and visit our condo in Hilton Head when we have the opportunity. When we are not using it, we short term rent the condo. We love Hilton Head Island! Our favorite things to do there are visiting the beach, eating great seafood, boating, and visiting the amazing thrift stores on the island. We love being hosts because it gives us an opportunity to share our place with visitors who can create great memories.

Our neighborhood is located 1 mile from Coligny Beach with tons of dining options within a short walking distance. Our neighborhood houses a number of short-term rentals and is also home to many working-class locals.

We put a lot of time and effort into decorating our condo with very beach themed decor. We get told by our guests that they love the bedding we choose as well as the mattress. Our condo is very homy and comfortable.
