.This is a spacious 4 Bedroom/ 4 Bath condo directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are 3 balconies to sit back & enjoy the boats or the beautiful view of the pool. Maybe you want to relax after dinner and watch the sun set, this is the best view around. Did someone say fireworks?? Once again, the balcony will be your favorite place.
There are flat screens in all the bedrooms as well as in the large Living area. The Dining area has a nice table that seats 8 and the bar at the kitchen will seat 3 more. In the Kitchen you will find any appliance, or cooking gadget you need to make meals for your group and easily spend time with each other in this condo that boasts over 2500 square feet of roomy accommodations.
There are 4 bedrooms that have their own space in the unit. Every Bedroom has it's own full bathroom & flat screen TV. Bedroom(1) is the Master bedroom and has a king size bed and has a balcony and has a full bathroom, which has 2 sinks ,stand up shower and bathtub . Bedroom (2 ) Is like a master Bedroom and has a king size bed and has a balcony.and has a full size Bathroom, has 2 sinks , stand up shower and a bathtub. Bedroom (3) has a king size bed and has a full bath

No need to continuously wash clothes or take any home to be washed, we have a full size washer and dryer for your convenience as well. There is nothing spared in our condo, this will ensure a great vacation indeed.
We have free WiFi in the unit as well as the finest amenities you could ask for right at your fingertips at Barefoot Landing.
Speaking of Barefoot Landing, have you noticed all the new & exciting plans happening right across the waterway.. you’re in a great location.
We also have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the beach that stops beside the condo from April- September.
This resort has large and tropical looking pool .Marina bar restaurant beside the pool, all the golf you could ask for (fees apply), marina onsite with rentals available (fees apply), shopping and restaurants galore.

School’s Out For Summer — Family Trip

We have stayed at many rentals over the years and I have to say this one has been one of the best experiences. The host goes above beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Even though we were familiar with Myrtle Beach, he gave us heads up on local attractions and restaurant recommendations. The condo was perfect for our family of ten, it was roomy and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Being on the 12 floor offered the most amazing views of the intercoastal water way and the Atlantic Ocean in distance. We highly recommend and would stay there again.

The condo penthouse is wonderful. The view alone is worth the rental cost. Every bedroom is large with its own bathroom. Perfect for couples. The owner was personable, quick to response and a delight to work with. Definity would return to this rental.

Fantastic condo with beautiful view

The location is very convenient & the saltwater pool is wonderful. The condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. Every convenience you might need is there, from pots & pans, washer & dryer to the kuerig for coffee in the morning on the balcony (beautiful views!) Sal is an awesome host!! Great communication! He helped make our vacation with family perfect!!! Thank you so much Sal!!

Myrtle

The condo was beautiful! Furnishings all appeared to be new, extremely spacious. It allowed our family trip to work out wonderfully! Everyone had their own space., And we had three young children with us! I can’t even tell you how immaculate and clean this was. There really was not one thing out of place. The view was spectacular! You can sit out on the balcony and see the water on the intercoastal, And pool is right below. Our host was so hands-on, From the beginning when we booked it to when we arrived. He was extremely helpful with any questions we had regarding the area. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

Definitely a Penthouse Paradise!!!!!!!

Loved everything about the condo!!! The views overlooking the marina and Barefoot Landing were amazing; even though you’re in the middle of Myrtle Beach, the condo is part of a relaxing resort with an incredible pool and Marina Bar & Grill with live music; the 4 bedroom/4 bath floor plan is perfect and gives everyone their personal space and when we weren’t hanging out on the balconies, the updated decor and furnishings and large screen TV made the inside perfect!! But the best part was communication with Sal, the owner, when/if needed!!! 7 of us came here to celebrate a dear friend's 80th birthday and Sal even surprised us with a really cool Happy Birthday balloon/candy arrangement sitting on the counter when we arrived!! I can honestly say that we hope to return and rent there again sometime soon!!

Golf vacation

Wish we didn’t have to go


It took only minutes to feel at home. The condo was even prettier than the photos. The views are amazing but the interior was so comfortable and inviting some of us spent more time indoors. Everyone found the beds/bedding so comfortable that they complained that I woke them up too early. All in all we had a wonderful time and will definitely return. All previous reviews were spot on!! Sal was there from check in to check out. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our week there. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the pool!
