Located on a quiet livestock farm on the foothills of the majestic Arenal Volcano and just 3 km from the center of La Fortuna, Villa Laurel will allow you to enjoy the peace and serenity you deserve, in addition to being the perfect getaway to connect with nature.

The house has views of the Volcano, the plain and a scenic lake.

Here you will find privacy and peace, and at just 1.5 km, you will find a supermarket and restaurants, tourist attractions (adventure, hot springs) among others.

The house has three bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, A/C (only in the bedrooms), closet and a terrace with incredible views. The pool is heated water and there is a bathroom in the pool area. Moreover, the house has a living room, dining room and kitchen in an integrated space, as well as a laundry room.

Amazing house and views. Conveniently located close to town but also set back off the main road that it felt secluded and remote. House was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool and views from the pool was incredible. One of the best house rentals we have stayed at and we hope to visit again.

The house was beyond our expectations! Everything was wonderful, and we were very happy with our stay. The property was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what we needed. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to others. We would love to stay there again. Every morning, we were amazed to see so many different kinds of birds and animals right around of the property. The wildlife was truly especial, and the view of the volcano was absolutely breathtaking- more beautiful than any picture could ever capture. It was a unforgettable experience, and the house exceeded all our expectations!Gladis and Juan

We had an amazing time at this Villa. It has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, clean bathrooms, kitchen well equipped. The pool was an added bonus with the Arenal Volcano in the background. We were lucky enough to see the peak of the mountain when the clouds moved away. We saw a toucan in the backyard on one of the trees. Highly recommend if you are visiting La Fortuna.

Perfect Location and Quality Combination

Property is really great! Quality furnishings I'm the house. Pool is perfectly maintained. Morning walks along the lake near the house is an quick excursion in itself. Walk to restaurants, 15-20 min drive away from countless different activities. So good!!!

Exceeded Expectations

Loved staying at Villa Laurel for our family of 5! We had intended to go out for more dinners, but found ourselves really enjoying cooking at home, hanging by the pool, playing games and taking in the whole vibe of the beautiful home and scenery. Everything was wonderfully clean and well-appointed, had everything we needed. If you are thinking about booking Villa Laurel, do it!! You will be grateful!

Very recently stayed at Villa Laurel and couldn’t have been happier. The home is clean and comfortable, the pool is glorious and the view is amazing. We saw so many birds every day and even got to see a sloth on the property. Karina, the host, was very kind and responsive! The home is close to town and dining options, but feels like it is remote. The farm adds a unique feel and adds to the remote feel of the property. We will absolutely book this home, or Villa Sura, another home on the property, for our next La Fortuna visit. It was certainly difficult to pack up and leave, we could have stayed indefinitely :) thank you Karina for hosting us and caring so deeply about your property, it is truly amazing!

One of the best!

Villa Laurel is BEYOND AMAZING!!! The pictures are spot on and even better in person. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever seen (and I’ve rented a lot). It is located central to EVERYTHING you would want to experience in La Fortuna. It is just off the main road so you have your privacy and quiet but can get to restaurants and activities very quick. Karina was fantastic with communication, we always heard back in less than 5 minutes.The pool is spectacular and cleaned every morning. The house is stocked with everything and anything you could need. This is the house you want. Look no further!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house, property, host and location were all amazing. A pool and patio overlooking Arenal Volcano, clean and comfortable house, on a working farm...the entire place was a dream. Highly encourage you to stay here. We will be back!
