Mornings unfold with coffee outdoors and the soft sound of coastal breezes, while afternoons invite a mix of beach time, poolside breaks, and unhurried moments together. Evenings settle into relaxed conversations, shared meals, and space to unwind after full days along the coast.

Set on a private, lushly landscaped lot just off Scenic 30A, this entire home in Santa Rosa Beach places you within a short walk of beach access and close to dining, shops, and bike paths. The location keeps everything convenient while still offering a sense of retreat, with outdoor spaces designed for gathering and downtime.



Living spaces

Inside, the home is arranged for connection and comfort across two levels. Multiple living areas allow your group to spread out or come together, whether you’re streaming a favorite show on the TV, enjoying a game in the interactive game room, or lingering over conversation near the wraparound bar reached by a spiral staircase. High-speed Wifi, pocket wifi, and a dedicated workspace support remote work or planning your next day out.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 18 guests across six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Sleeping spaces include:

Bedrooms are thoughtfully placed across both floors, giving flexibility for families, couples, and mixed groups. Bathroom essentials are provided, and in-home laundry makes longer stays easy.

Outdoor living & pool

Outdoor space is a highlight, with patios, balconies, and a backyard offering room to relax throughout the day. The pool is ideal for cooling off after the beach or spending easy afternoons at home. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request from October through May, with a nightly fee. Beach essentials are provided to simplify your time on the sand.



Family- and pet-friendly comforts

Designed with groups in mind, the home includes family-friendly features such as a pack ’n play, children’s dinnerware, and room-darkening shades. The property is pet-friendly, allowing your four-legged companion to join the trip. Self check-in with a smart lock and free parking on premises add convenience.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacations by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Included Golf Cart (Low Speed Vehicle, "LSV") Guidelines and Use

- A golf cart (Low Speed Vehicle) is available at the property for guest use by the homeowner. You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the included golf cart which will be issued to you by email/text to be completed by esignature prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
