Each of the six king bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom, spread across the second and third floors â perfect for large families or groups seeking both privacy and connection. * Maximum occupancy of this home is 14 guests in beds.
* No smoking inside or outside while on property
* Minimum age requirement to rent is 25.
* Guest must agree to sign Paradise30A rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or we will cancel the reservation.
* All reservations are non-refundable. We strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so you are covered.
* Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of properties that we manage.
