Just a 5-minute stroll to the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, Magnolia Tides invites you to relax in style. Unwind in the private pool, sip cocktails by the outdoor fire pit, or gather in one of the many indoor and outdoor living spaces designed with thoughtful details and coastal charm. A full wet bar, fully equipped kitchen, elevator, and fenced yard provide everything you need for a carefree stay. Each of the six king bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom, spread across the second and third floors — perfect for large families or groups seeking both privacy and connection. Smart TVs, WiFi, and luxury furnishings throughout the home create a space that's as beautiful as it is functional.

* Smoking not permitted
* All reservations are non-refundable — we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip
* Optional Pool Heat: Sept-April at $90 per day

Magnolia Tides was an incredible choice for our family. Everybody had plenty of space and privacy. The home is absolutely beautiful and it was clean and orderly when we arrived. The pool was fantastic and was heated upon our arrival as we had requested. I highly recommend Magnolia Tides if you want to be close to both the beach and 30A! 5 STAR

Beautiful House and Less Than Desirable Beach

The house itself is beautiful—spacious, multi-level, and well-equipped with great amenities such as a private pool, grill, bikes, and a ping pong table. It's located about 2.5 miles from Seaside, which makes for a pleasant bike ride. However, the ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach is significantly longer—around six miles by bike—so driving may be a better option for visiting those areas. While beach access is technically within walking or biking distance, reaching the beach requires wading through Eastern Lake. Unfortunately, we encountered some unpleasant floating debris in the lake, which discouraged us from using that access point. My wife refused to cross the lake after the first attempt, and by the second day, even our college-age kids opted out of going to the beach. We ultimately chose to use the One Seagrove Beach Access, which is about 1.1 miles away by bike. Though less convenient, it provided a much cleaner and more enjoyable beach experience.
